La casa è molto bella e ben tenuta. Vista panoramica stupenda. In un luogo tranquillo e isolato. Pulizia impeccabile e ripassata delle domestiche a metà settimana.

Mancano delle accortezze da parte dello staff che a questo livello sono importanti. Per esempio una dotazione minima per poter usare il barbecue (legna/accendini) o maggiore disponibilità di prodotti per la cura della persona (era fornito solo un docciashampoo generico).. La dotazione della casa è abbastanza spartana e ridotta (bicchieri/pentole/tazze/tovaglie). Inoltre il complesso di abitazioni si trova un po' distante dalla città e dalle attrazioni ed è raggiungibile solo da strade ripide non sempre agevoli. La jacuzzi è poco fruibile dato che si riesce a riempire solo con acqua fredda (il rubinetto dell'acqua calda ha una portata ridottissima e vi ritrovate a farvi poi la doccia fredda)

This is an extremely clean and modern spacious villa with beautiful views of the sunrise and sun set each day. It is very good value for money with lots of room for a family to enjoy a perfect stay. Staff were extremely helpful too and always on hand to assist if needs be.

Pool was smaller than expected.

+ spacious house/terrace + spacious storage and wardrobes + well-kept house and terrace + pool was cleaned every second day + owner was always available, very friendly and always ready to help and answer questions + breathtaking views + friendly neighbours and a lot of relaxing silence + powerful air conditioning + parking directly next to the door + supermarket in walking-distance

+ wifi connection is not always fast + terr. tv reception, so Greek tv channels only + pool terrace area and inside dining niche are visible from some neighbouring villas + the villa has a sous-terrain level; I haven't seen any people there, but there was activity, including bbq. + small children should never ever be left to the pool terrace without supervision: risk of drowing and falling from great hights + no child-proof locks that would keep children from going out to the pool-terrace + garden gate was always unlocked + living room equip was not too cozy
