The location

I made a special request to have the check in time brought forward from 15 - 1700 to 12 -1300 and i recieved a text from Booking.com saying that this had been agreed. I arrived at just before 1300 to find the gate locked. I was left standing on the road with my baggage untill the host eventually arrived.at 1500 I confronted him to be told that i didnt understand. ioffered to show him the message but he refused to look. When he left i found that i had no washing machine, iron, cleaning equipment broom etc and the safe was broken, all these things were promised. I found on my day of departure that these facilities were all kept on the ground floor, this was a seperate property with different guests but he had been so busy telling me that i did not understand that he failed to show me so to me they were not available. Apart from that the property was adiquate for my requirement though a bit care worn but at the end of the day i was not paying that much for it. Had it not been for the attitud of the host i would have been quite happy

location was great as only a walk to the beach (although downhill so walking back up was more of an effort). The property was a good size and enabled our 16 month old to walk around.

the host arrived late with no apology, which was the same when we checked out as well with poor communication. The pictures showed a cot when we booked but this was not provided and when we asked before arriving the commutation again was non existent. We found he to be rather rude and not very accommodating. Also was lacking basic items like corkscrew.

Great apartment location. Close to the beach with boardwalk, where you can find plenty of different restaurants. Also there is a big supermarket Mercadona about 10-15 minutes walk, as well as there is a 24H minimarket nearby. Apartment is located in quiet area, so we really enjoyed time on terrace with glass of wine at evening :) Great value for money!

Nothing I can think of

Wonderful apartment with a nice terrace outside and dinning table. We have enjoyed breakfasts outside in the sun. Location is near the beach (around 7 minutes by foot) and main road on the top with plenty of restaurants. Great value for the price!

Excellent location and very quiet area.

Very good host, great communication.

5 min walk ti the beach

We expected an apartment with some views, but there were only views to the neighboring apartment 5 meters away
