The place is hard to find

The place was well mantained, from outside to your room and bathroom. I also love that you can use the laundry area with minimal charge. Location was superb, minutes walk from Omori station and a few meters away from a DonQuijote store (where we bought some meals and snacks to take back home). We really didn't have a chance to see/talk to any staff so I won't comment on that. Anyway its perfect for us bec the instructions were given in details via email. No need for assistance. It was a great stay! Thank you so much ❤️

Nothing, really. Good value for money :)

Very well located, close to the Omori train station and many shops, shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Safe neighbourhood and nearby parks, temples and spots for strolls. Keypad entries were very convenient for travellers, compact kitchen was well equipped and free handy laundromat attached.

Our apartment room was not configured the way we had expected (as shown in ads); instead of a couch and coffee table, we had another bed which made any relaxing, sitting or reading impossible. Whilst very well located to public transport, shopping and restaurant/bars, the immediate proximity to the railway crossing made it a little challenging during the night. Google document supplied before check-in only allowed step by step directions if arriving by train, and not by taxi as we did, and finding the place was a bit hard at 2am! No broom, dustpan or vacuum in the room, we had to borrow from downstairs next to the bins to freshen our room. No iron available either.

More noisy than expected. Not only the trains passing by, but the warning alarm before the train comes is the one that makes it hard to sleep.

Great neighborhood. Lots of local restaurants and bars. Staff was very responsive and allowed us to drop off our bags before check in, due to early arrival.

It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station.

It was like how the photos portrayed the apartment. Clean and comfortable. Fuss free self check-in, relatively near to Haneda airport. It’s a bit of a walk from the subway station but the area around the subway is a bustling place with plenty of eateries and convenient stores. And there’s a mega don quijote around the corner. The apartment was nice and warm, which is important for us hailing from the tropics going to a winter country. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

My room was facing the train track and the train starts its service early in the morning, so I wasn’t able to sleep very well especially since I have trouble sleeping in a new environment.

The graffiti wall painting, the spacious rooms, convenient of the shopping stores location, self check, self cleaning. Felt comfortable like in your own home. I would definitely recommend.

The sink pipes contained a pungent smell. Baking soda and vinegar will be a good disinfectant.. wink...

In residential area where u see authentic Jap community. Don Don Donki few steps away the best reason. The vibes around the train station

Too far fr train station. The apt is small for 3 persons. The washing machine is outside and in another small corner of another building. Fortunately, we met the cleaning staff who showed us the ropes. Expensive charge for tje laundry n dryer.

The apartment is spacious & clean

The room was spacious and clean and located in a nice neighborhood. It's a train ride away from the key attractions but there are shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. It will comfortably house 4 guests and comes complete with amenities beyond the basics.

Adding a vanity dresser would be great

Clean and comfortable. Room has a good lighting. The desk is adequate for remote work. the neighborhood has a nice small arcade and we often got good bento for lunch. There's a Don Quixote just 5min away by walking, which is very convenient to get food and everyday supplies. The nearest station (Omori station) is directly connected to shopping mall, which is also convenient.

The TV is in a strange location if you like watching TV.

I love that it has a small kitchenette so that you’re able to cook your own meals.

Stylish design, cosy and confortable

Train level crossing near the flat, very nousy all day long

Location was beautiful. Facilities were top notch. Preparation of the room was to the point. Also communication between the apartment and us was very transparent. PDF to direct us from the airport was exactly same. Loved the experience

Space could have been a bit more. Little cramped up
