Overall the appartement was good, we appreciated new bathroom.

Unfortunately the masters double bed was not comfortable, not the newest and very low. Perhaps some refurbishment will make the appartement even better. We did not like the agency that manages the appartement, we experienced very impersonal attitude. There was a general electricity blackout in the morning on our last day that lasted many hours and made it difficult to have a breakfast and pack. The agency did not offer any solutions or support (even no words of support), only told us that it was not their responsibility.

Very hard to find the parking, and to navigate inside. Awful directions from staff to find the place - took about 30 minutes.

I liked the location, very close to Chamonix Sud where all the buses stop and still close to the center of the village.

We were a group of 5, I would advise this property for a couple and 2 more people, otherwise it can get pretty cramped. the fact that the property also has only 1 bathroom doesn’t help. It can get very noisy at night due to being over a bar, they put music very loud and it can be hard to rest. Also, I’d suggest you to include instructions for the heating, we didn’t realize we could adjust the temperature in the bedrooms until the last day, so it was a little bit cold.

I spent three nights with my family (five adults). This apartment was a little small for five adults but other then that it is a nice clean apartment extremely well located just a couple of minutes from the center. It faces the river and you can see and hear the water running which was very nice. The Rental company (Happy Rentals) in charge of this property were responsive efficient and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend this apartment.

The accommodation met our expectations, we had everything what we needed for a family of four (with a toddler and a baby) and appreciated, we could also use a sofa bed in the common area. The flat was smaller, but very comfortable. The location was perfect as its very close to the city centre and gondolas.

We arrived later at night so it took us some time to find the box with keys but it gave us the flexibility with the arrival time. Unfortunately, the lift was not working the second day, so it was complicated with a stroller, but we managed. It would be great that the cot was included in the price, this was the first time we needed to pay for it afterwards.
