The place had 2 fridges! it was great place and easy to get in and out. no hidden fees!

Free parking was I hope you find parking on the street. It took about 1 hr to find a place...

Beautiful layout, clean, 30 minutes from train station, quiet neighborhood despite it looking otherwise outside,

There was no AC, so it was really hot in the apartment despite being on the ground floor. The bathroom does need to be updated. The shower doors didn't even close.

The self check in was easy and convenient

The apartment was dirty - the cleanliness of the floors, walls and even the furniture left a lot to be desired. There was visible mold in the shower and the kitchen was really off-putting.

I would like internet but it did not work.

There was not any problem just Internet

Extremely close to the underground station and city centre was only 4 stops away. Very quiet inside, largely because of additional glass panelling insulation at the windows.

I was run out of choice when looking for hotel and found this one which not to bad considering the location. we just had a good exercise included to our trip and that is positive to me.

the main room heater is not working. a quick reply from the staff but we done what to do but it is not working . in the end they stay in the big sofa bed and I slept in the bunk bed

pretty good located if you like to walk. just 25-30min away from the city and main attractions. plenty options of food around the area. Check in was super easy and quick (one of the best check in that I’ve done) Shower was amazing with good pressure and hot water. Mini fridge work perfectly fine. There was enough blankets and pillows. cable was good with about 3 options in English. Wifi was ok

The heater make a weird noise after being turn on for a few hours. The furniture need to be upgrade since they’re damage with scratch, cracks or incomplete. Our microwave looks burn so we didn’t even try to use it. In our 3 night some random dude was sitting outside our apartment drinking and smoking with a flash light lighting our door wish make it feel a little unsafe.

Even though at first sight, the location seems a bit rundown, overall it seemed fine. Subway station (U1) is nearby (5-minute walk) and it is a short ride into the city center. There are a few pubs/restaurants/beer gardens around (one directly across the street), as well as a bakery and a few other shops.

The apartment is clearly intended for short-term rentals (there appear to be several in the building) and has not much in the way of a personal touch. Also, not the cleanest place with dust on the floor and under the beds / couches and a bit of a smell lingering inside. Finally, the host would not respond to several direct questions about parking. S/he could have said there was no private parking available, or be a little customer-focused and offer some suggestions. Instead s/he just chose to ignore the question. In short, there is street parking available, but very hard to find. There are some options available a short walk from the apartment and it would have been nice to know that in advance.
