lovely apartment, value for money. very clean and well appointed. very efficient communication with the owner. perfect if your looking for a budget apartment, very close to all the shops and beach.

Ziane was really friendly and helpful, sending over all the info needed. Well-stocked kitchen including all the utensils we need and a few oils, salt etc. Nice air con and a very quiet fan in the bedroom. Excellent location next to the beach and restaurants and a short walk to Lidl. Lovely pool area too, would definitely return!

We didn't sit on the balcony much due to noise from the road, but you couldn't hear it from within the apartment

The apartment was very easy to find and offers secure car parking. It’s only a minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The street seemed to be busy/noisy all the time. However, the bedrooms are at the back, so the street noise didn't disturb us. Having said that, it's an apartment, so we often heard the other guests around us… It's spacious, bright, and fairly well equipped. The beds were also very comfortable. The manager and the staff are very helpful too.

The room is very clean and spacious, to be honest when i entered the room i was amazed. -A/C is properly working -cooking utensils are available, we cooked food during our stay -Beds are neat and comfortable. -room is bright and near to the beach -I saw a swimming pool inside the facility but it is only accessible in summer i believe. -plenty of space is available to keep our cloths and stuff. -there is an Indian restaurant near by.

- There is no lift. - room is pretty far from Palma centre. - if you have car then it would be good.

The location - it is easy to reach by bus from the airport, also Palmas you can reach easily, but in the hot hours the bus is totally full, so you might wait for an hour. It was nice to have a balcony, so you can spend the afternoon enjoying the warm wind. Also in the kitchen almost everything for cooking. Nice bedding in the apartment. Very comfortable apartment.

As the apartment was directed to the busy street, it is very loud. After the third night we used to, but in the beginning, woke up several times during the night. Also if the neighbors are loud, you will hear them very well. But in the night hour guests became quiet, so it did not make a problem for us. It is not a huge problem. Just take into consideration, that it would not be SUPER quiet. :)

Good sized apartment, great pool area, very clean, and all the facilities work well (cooker, hair dryer, iron, safe etc). Also very easy to get to/from the airport via bus (the A11 takes 30min and is €5). The host was very responsive, and offered to store our bags for an extra day which we didn't realise would be possible !

Overall a very positive stay, minor negative is that the apartment can get a little noisy if facing the road due to traffic, and the walls seem quite thin as you can hear other guests when they leave/return to their apartments.

The road noise, horrific all night long as our bedroom was at the front. Also although the apartment was nice and clean, it just didn’t feel value for the money paid.

Instructions were clear, Zaine send us all the information we needed even with photos! Location was right next to highway and literally 3 mins walk to the Palmanova beach, 2 decent size grocery shops for your breakfast and stuff. Lots of food options (even opens till late) The place itself it's amazing, clean, bright, more than spacious, it also has a huge terrace, washing machine, parking spots if you're driving and most amazingly is the pool downstairs!

nothing really, just a reminder there's no lift if you're at 3F (which we did) but we traveled very light everyone was only on backpack so didnt bother us, it's not a bad thing just a reminder for some people they might need it.

The AC unit had a problem of cooling the 2 bedrooms.

The apartment was very clean on arrival. The beach is a short walk & there are plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. Ziane was very helpful with effective communication about the check in/out procedures. He was also quick to respond to any issues during the stay. Eroski supermarket is close to the apartments & Lidl & Aldi aren't too far if you need a big supermarket. I enjoyed the stay & would recommend it to others.

Perfect location - 2 mins walking distance from beach. Shops nearby. Its a city location. Parking behind the apartment ( limited spaces though ). Great communication from host.

The bathroom door was creaky and did not close properly. Swimming pool was closed.
