I recently had the pleasure of staying at Friends Hostel and it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a friendly atmosphere. The hostel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation. The rooms were cozy, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the facilities and the attention to detail in every aspect. Bilal the owner is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any requests or provide recommendations for exploring the city. This hostel feels like a home. It is in a perfect central location for visitors to Hebron with the Old city only a few moments walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there are laundry facilities.

Best location, cozy hostel, clean, silent, nice people you'd love to hang out longer in the evening. Bilal is an incredible host, he was super friendly and extremely welcoming and went out his way to make ourselves feel like at home!

This is such a wonderful place to stay. Akram is the kindest, most welcoming host, it isn't like staying in a hostel - it's like staying with friends. Excellent value for money, and guaranteed to be staying with interesting people who are keen to learn about the situation in this city. Akram will also arrange tours to experience the city and understand the issues that Palestinians face. Thank you again - hope to see you soon!

Everything is perfect in this place! Starting from the host, nice and helpful, passing by the room, clean and comfortable, the same as the bathroom. You are free to use the kitchen for breakfast.
Hebron is a wonderful city that will stay in your heart for ever, and this place is the right place to start your experience there.
I already miss Hebron, Palestine and the Friend's hostel, where you are really treated like a friend. For sure I'l come back as soon as possible.

No bunk beds = no fight about a lower bed necessary.
The owner was very kind and explaining. He was a good help for finding/knowing a guide about the history and daily situation in Hebron and rest of Palestine.
He didn't understand, what all should be cleaned and didn't accept my offer to help him with the cleaning = it was about the small shelfs in the kitchen.

- The owners have excellent knowledge on the details of the Israeli occupation of the heart of the old city and can provide tailored tours
- Clean and comfortable bed
- Excellent attention of the owners to any request that the tourist may have, it is easy to communicate with them, and they are very helpful
- All key sights are in walking distance, and all types of shops in immediate vicinity
- Sanitary facilities are rather basic

The location is good, breakfast was delicious and beds were very comfortable
an overall experience it was quite excellent price/quality ratio.
The best part of the whole stay was the owner, the host. He gave me many helpful tips and lots of stories and information. He genuinely seems friendly to the people that come to stay at his hostel and he does his best to explain the situation in Hebron as well. Unique experience 🌟

Friends hostel is a must for anyone wanting to stay in Hebron and learn more about the city and region as a whole. Akram is a wonderful host and the apartment has all the facilities for a comfortable stay

Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to hear about real life in Hebron. Akram is amazing host who make sure you feel like home. He takes time to explain the situation and answer the questions. The place has fast Wi-Fi, heating, kitchen and is centrally located. If we ever come back, we choose Friends Hostel again.

We can definitely recommend the stay with Akram !!!
We immediately felt very warmly welcome in his apartment. On the table we found very informative information material about the history of Palestine and Israel .
Akram took a lot of time for us to inform us about his personal circumstances as a local Palestine in Hebron.
He also gave us valuable tips for local food.
At our personal request, Akram organized a great local guide who took us on a day tour of Hebron.
For us, the days in Hebron were so intense, and indispensable in a tour of the country.
We were invited by several families, each of whom told us poignantly of their personal powerlessness regarding a peaceful agreement with Israel.
We could not have asked for a better host in the interesting city of Hebron !!!!

since we visited Hebron in early January it was a bit cold in the rooms. But Akram offered us big blankets and heaters.

Akram is a super cool host. Attentive, well-informed and funny.
They're right at the beginning, which means you won't find loads of people on here yet, but I honest to god had a good time in Hebron and Akram was a big part of that.
Particularly useful if you want to understand what the hell is going on there.
And no, I'm not paid to say this - he's just a genuinely cool guy. The place is in a cool location in the middle of the markets by a checkpoint

Don't miss it, if you travel here! It's a wonderful, lovely place in the old town, you will learn a lot about the city. Absolutely friendly, and don't be scared to ask for any help. Akram (the owner) will help you with any question, trying to make your stay as fine as possible! Highly recommend!

I can't describe my thoughts it's was unforgettable experience , Akram was very friendly and helpful he gives me a lot of recommendation for the important places and good restaurants , he knows a very good places of local food , the food was so good and cheap price .
I get a tour with them it's was so interesting and helpful to understand the political situation in Hebron city .
In the beginning I was wanna stay one night but I stayed for 6 nights and I would staying more if it's was possible;)

Super nice guesthouse with three rooms, cozy living room and kitchen in a great location right on the bazaar. Akram the operator is a super friendly student who even took the time to show me around the city. I hope I can go again sometime! I really liked it 😀

Friends Hostel one of the best places in Palestine, Akram make a nightly discussion about politics and tradition and he offer a tours around the city I highly recommend it .
The house it's cozy and simple you will feel like Home .

My staying in friends Hostel was the best part in my trip I got an amazing experience with Akram and I highly recommend the tour with them it's mixed between historical, cultural and politics.
The breakfast was so delicious and I highly recommend to get the map from them because it's help a lot during your stay in Hebron .

Great location near the old part of Hebron and not far from the Ibrahimi Mosque. Small hostel (3 rooms?) but the room I had was spacious. Wonderful, informative (on life in Hebron)hosts who checked regularly on my welfare when things got a bit out of hand in the streets near the hostel on one of the days I was there.

The place is relay nice and the people very friendly , Akram give me a map for the city and He trying to help you in every thing , I get a tour with the its was very good and i learn a lot about the Palestinian situation in Hebron , the breakfast was amusing the they are so helpful .

It was simply awesome! The location was very close to the center, and also to the attractions of the city. Our room was big and clean, we enjoyed our stay! The hospitality was also unobjectionable. Recommend to everybody!

The location was perfect and the staff were all nice.
I strongly recommend taking part in their tour if you are interested in the political situation in Hebron. They show you the real side of the city that you would never know without the tour.
