La Maisonette is a gem !! It is perfectly situated between the centre of the Old town and the medeterenian sea. Nice and quiet neighbourhood with the Road closed during the Day. Nice beaches close if you need a swim in the sea, and Les than 150 meters to the Local foodmarket where you Can buy fresh local produce. The maisonette is made up from three stories with a small Living quarter in the lover floor, a sleeping area with own bathroom on the two top floors. A lovely balcony on the second floor gives you a Perfect spot for enjoying a drink while wieving the med in evening.

There is no possibilties to prevent noise from the three stories. So not much privacy

Arriving in the mid-afternoon, the road is closed and we needed to walk uphill to the Maisonette

The title says it all - such a pretty house from the outside and a great space, nicely decorated and furnished inside. Plenty of space for two. Lovely to eat breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea. 5 mins walk from boulangeries, restaurants, the market, shops, the beach... No need for a car - the station is a 10 min walk and there are lots of buses too. Nothing to do with the rental, but watch if your flight arrives late into Nice as a taxi for the short distance is €60-€80 😮 Fortunately we were offered a free transfer from booking.com which was much appreciated.

Nothing really Information on recycling would be helpful as all the facilities we could see were for mixed waste.

Absolutely fantastic location, 3 floors of pure french atmosphere. Recommended to friends and family. Caring, friendly and accommodating host, made us feel very welcome. Fully equipped with everything needed, bring only shorts and sunglasses!

Couldn't be a better location. Offers amazing views of the water and it's central to old town Antibes and everything it has to offer. Charming cottage. Friendly owner. Well equipped with everything you need. Would stay again.

No sound proofing privacy between floors / each room - it's pretty much open concept, so make sure you are ok with that. Also keep in mind this is not a fancy, spacious or modern home, but it is very charming and adorable.
