The price of tours Price is almost four times more than the market one

The room was very old and few things were broken.

The resort is good and almost well maintained; even if it’s pretty old the common area like reception and pools were ok

The room was not good enough. Mattress old and uncomfortable and a noisy AC. The service as well need a big improvement. 3/5 days the room was not done yet at 3PM. 2 hours and 3 calls to get 2 bottle of water in the room are absolutely not acceptable in a 5star

הניקיון בחדרים לא היה יומיומי היינו 5 ימים יומיים ניקו וסידרו בשאר הימים לא סידרו לא החליפו מגבות לא חידשו סבונים בכל האזורים הציבוריים מעשנים, כולל לובי חדר אוכל בכל מקום, היה לנו ממש קשה עם זה. היו איתנו 5 ילדים שלא היה להם מיטות

כל השאר הארוחות לא טעימות. חדרים ישנים מאוד, רחוק מהשוק של דהב.

החל מהחדרים והמתקנים, עבור בצוות האדיב והשירותי ועד האוכל המדהים - הייתה חוויית חופשה מושלמת!

Zimmer: war sehr schön und zentral zu den pools gelegen. Frühstück: war mehr als ausreichend und wirklich sehr gut Essen allgemein: da wie nur frühstück und Abendessen also Halbpension hatten war das essen am abend wirklich gut und auch abwechslungsreich 10 von 10 punkten

Zimmer: die Sauberkeit leidet etwas was den Boden betrifft auch alles andere ist nicht wirklich sauber obwohl sich sie jungs bemühen....gegen etwas trinkgeld wird es deutlich sauberer :-)

האוכל היה ממוצע כדאי לגוון בתחום הדגים לאוכלי כשר. בריכות המים קרות מידי ג’קוזי לא עבד כמו שצריך

המזרן היה גמור ושוקע ממש, לא היה נוח לישון

The Staff were the best, they gave us a great experience and since my husband is a foreigner; he was surprised to get that warm and exceptional hospitality. Facilities were nice and clean, the Beach was Amazing & safe. Also I would like to Thank the receptionist Mr. Ahmed Rodi for providing us with everything we needed; he was really flexible and professional. Also Chef Ahmed; he was always cheerful and patient with all guests to accommodate them with their preferences. Also Mr. Samir the attendant from the restaurant; with a warm smile and great service. And the supervisor from the other restaurant; he was always recording my feedback to offer better service on a daily basis. They Were all very helpful. Indeed an outstanding experience. And we would love to come back in the Future :).

Well our stay and day use is always exceptional at this place , tha staff is super friendly, rooms are clean , with amazing various views you get to choose from , sea view , lagoon view and pool view. They have different kinds of pool , the jacuzzi is out of this world, with it's stunning view 😍 ❤️ The food is really nice and clean , and dinner is different daily 😋 Never the last time 😘

Islam room service עובד אדיב נקי, שירות נהדר וניקיון מעולה. אוכל טעים , מגוון , הכל חם וטרי (שזה הכי חשוב). מקום מעולה וצוות נהדר.. נחזור לשם בהחלט.

staff are e very polite and friendly they do as much as they can to help me out , the animation team is like the last year not super cool as sharm hotels , but its ok

food wasn't good at all i can barley have a plate of pasta and a piece of bbq item from outside on the grill , but the items is not diverse and wasn't like my last year stay

Thanks to the reception team Yisham Ahmed and Mohammed who did everything to make our stay comfortable! At first we got a room and we weren't satisfied, then they moved us to a room facing the sea, and everything was excellent and comfortable! Many thanks to kaled and Mohammed for an amazing romantic dinner they made for us! I recommend everyone to have dinner with a private chef! The food was a very high standard!! Thanks to the spa staff! There was an Egyptian women who gave me an amazing massage! My girlfriend and I had a great time and we will definitely be back! Amazing service thanks for everything!!

The standard rooms are a bit far from the pool and the entire central area, the rooms are a bit outdated in this area, I recommend everyone to take a room with a view of the sea or the pool.

All the staff was very friendly, from the bartender in the pool, reception, lifeguard at the pool, maintenance, and waiters was smiling and gave us the feeling that they were always willing to help (but without "pushing") - it is very important to me and their hospitality met my expectations.

The rooms have a very beautiful design, and are relatively big - but they are a bit old, and in my opinion, the facilities in the room need improvement in maintenance. However, it still did not prevent us from enjoying our time in the room
