The location is amazing, just across the street from a very nice beach. Although there was not the possibility to have 3 people in a room or a connecting room, we were accomodated with rooms adjacent for our party of 2 adults and 1 child. The room decor was a bit faded but comfortable. The staff were mostly friendly, although we would have felt better if we spoke more Italian. The pool was small but nice, with towels provided and toilet and showers nearby. It was a comfortable stay in an excellent location if you want relative quiet. Anzio Colonia station is a short walk, and we were able to use the train to visit the more busy/urban area of Anzio.

The internet was poor; only really available in the lounge/bar area and even then very slow (definitely not sufficiente for streaming). The option to stream entertainment would have been nice, as the available television was only in Italian.

The air conditioning worked great, the view from the rooms and the kind attention of the staff

The Hotel is in a beautiful area with stunning views and a lovely beach. The staff were very helpful and our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was perfect with a good selection of items.

The week we were there restaurants were in short supply and those open concentrated on fish. A but of a drawback as I am vegetarian.

The hotel is situated close to the beach with good access to the poet of Anzio. The hotel is friendly, helpful and willing to help in all matters. The staff make this place feel inviting and warm. The room I booked was a sea view with a balcony it was large and spacious and very comfortable. The room was clean and had everything I needed to recuperate from walking the Via Francigena. The hotel is situated in an area that has ATM, post office, supermarket, pharmacy and tobacconists within a few minute's walk 2-5 which was very useful. The station is also a 2/3 minute walk away. Although out of the main port of Anzio you very connected to things especially the Lido garda beach and a large sandy beach 4 mins walk away. I found the hotel a perfect place to stay and extended an extra night because of this.

The shower needs updating in the room but you can see the hotel is in the process of working on rooms.
