Loved the house and the location!! Great communication. The house fit perfectly for our needs. Walking distance to the incline, downtown Manitou Springs. My husband and I are very active so we ran to Garden of the Gods and back. Quick drives to all the places we wanted to visit. I would buy this house if I could!! Would stay again and again!!

This property was perfect for a girls' trip. There were five of us enjoying beautiful Colorado. The house was clean, well-stocked, and the location was perfect. An easy walk to everything Manitou Springs and a short drive to Pike's Peak, Canon City, Colorado Springs, etc. Check-in was easy and no issues were encountered. Will definitely rent this property again if available on our next trip.

A beautiful place to stay and a great home base for exploring attractions in Manitou Springs and nearby Colorado Springs. The shuttle bus stop is a short walk to connect with buses taking you to downtown Manitou Springs and other stops like the Pikes Peak Cog Railroad. The hosts were responsive and delightful. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great, clean house and perfect location. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Free shuttle (Bus 33) will take you downtown, to the Pikes Peak Cog and Manitou Incline. Bus stop is across the street and we took advantage of this a few times. Only an hour or so away from cool things like rafting, Royal Gorge Bridge, etc. Garden of the Gods is no more than 20 minutes away. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck and looking up at the mountains. Saw a bear and a large mule deer buck right outside the property on the hill. We walked to Red Dog cafe for coffee most mornings. The house was well appointed and so cozy. The only recommendation would be to invest in a new king mattress in the master bedroom. My husband and I couldn’t even sleep on it. Super soft and noisy every time we’d move. We ended up sleeping in a spare bedroom. But otherwise, amazing and we’d stay again in the future :) Thank you!

This is a beautiful home! It was comfortable, clean, and well supplied. The owners are friendly and responsive. It was perfect for our visit to attend our son's wedding.

Communication with owners was top-notch. House was very nice, very clean, and perfectly located for all of our events. Nice to be able to walk to the downtown Manitou Springs area without having to worry about parking! Super close to Garden of the Gods, which was excellent. Kids were asking if we could buy a house like this one at the end of our trip! Having laundry available was also very nice - especially to not have to come home to mounds of washing. Highly recommend!!

Overall great location and super communication from the owners. Great views and outdoor deck space. Slightly more comfortable pillows or bedding would be my only suggestion but the beds were all queens and a king which is super and not always something you find in a rental so that is a major plus. We would definitely rebook in the future.

Great property: very private, close to town - just minutes away - easy walking distance. Also very close to so many great outdoor activities: Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Incline, Cliff Dwellings, hiking trails.... Comfortable and bright with a well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a rendezvous with family. Totally enjoyed our stay - would return gladly.

Our expectations were exceeded with Jeff and Kelly's home in Manitou. Great kitchen, clean, wonderful bedrooms, fantastic outdoor setting for eating, visiting and family reunion pictures. Incredible upstairs master suite! Quiet location. And the location is perfect for walking to Manitou and driving to the other touristy areas of the Springs! We would definitely use this home again.

We enjoyed our four nights! Liked that the light switches were labeled - always a challenge when settling in. Close in, but quiet despite being a block from the main road. We had a large SUV that did fit in the garage, but extended length versions might not - nor would they fit on the very angled driveway.
A small side yard and lawn that we did not use, but added to the size of the property. Did see a huge deer with antlers - not in the wilder space above us, but along the street in front of us.
A good fit for us and many with ample space. Liked going in and out via garage instead of a front door. Very easy with provided garage remote. Very clean throughout plus great communication with owners. Manitou Springs is a fun place and you will like experiencing the area from this home.

Great weekend stay
This was a great property for our group of 3 adult couples, 1 child, and 1 infant. Everyone had plenty of space and the layout of the house was perfect to give the kids a quiet place for bedtime without the adults having to worry about being quiet. The entire house was very well stocked and there was nothing that we felt we were missing during our stay. The hosts were very communicative throughout the process and were quick to answer any questions. We would gladly stay here again if we are in the area.
The house does have a few quirks that do not truly impact the stay but are good to know about.
The kitchen is small but very well stocked. It is really only big enough for two people to comfortably cook at once.
The basement bedroom has a half bath but shares a shower with the bedroom on the main floor. One of the upstairs bedrooms doesn't have any attached bath and shares the one on the main floor. However the master bedroom upstairs has a full bathroom attached.
The driveway is extremely steep and vehicles with low clearance may not be able to get into the garage with scraping bottom.

Extraordinary!
This was one of the best Vrbo rentals we've ever had. The property was pristine with an abundance of towels (so rare!) and a welcome gift. Mule deer were grazing right across the road, we were in easy walking distance of town and the shuttle to the incline and cog railway, and a 12 minute drive from Garden of the gods. To be honest, there was a bit of sticker shock when all of the fees were added to the per night rate advertised on the listing. Even so, we were so pleased with the property. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with amazing Mountain View’s! Can watch wildlife right off your own deck. Home stocked with all your needs. Owner had great communication. But, best part was location, location, location. Close to all the attractions. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing!! It was clean and exactly as described. We loved the location and being able to walk to downtown Manitou Springs. The owner was very responsive to all questions before and during our stay. The views were great!! We loved everything about this place!! This was truly a home away from!! Great property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home is gorgeous with amazing views out the multiple patios. It’s within walking distance to downtown and a cute little park. Also super close to hiking activities. The owners were very responsive each time I emailed them and went out of their way to make sure our needs are met. Will definitely book this property again when we come to Manitou!

Awesome Stay in Manitou Springs
This place is the ideal vacation home. Very spacious and comfortable, two fireplaces, wonderful mountain views, a lovely deck. The owners go the extra mile to make this place inviting: wine and snacks on the counter and cold water in the fridge. One of my favorite vrbo rentals. I hope to stay here again.

Beautiful home located in historic Manitou Springs. Spacious with just about every amenity available. Conveniently located near coffee shops and grocery store but distant enough to enjoy the true beauty of the mountains.
