Breakfast was fine - nothing special. Location is pretty good.
Our air conditioning didn’t work in first unit (and was 93’F out)…moved to second unit and not much better. Slept with windows open just to get air flow. Definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised. Staff very friendly and helpful tho.

The property had beautiful finishes inside the room and throughout the property. The pool, the restaurant including the morning’s delicious buffet and the evening’s meal was memorable, the room was equipped with nice towels and beauty supplies, and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom’s outer facing wall was mostly glass and only had a shear curtain. The toilet was right next to the glass window. The building right nextdoor was quite close had a window positioned at the same height. It required us keeping our light off. This would be enough to keep us from returning. I hope it will be addressed because everything else is quite nice.

The spa was very nice. Breakfast was tasty.
The A/C doesn't work in the rooms in the springtime. despite the sun hitting the room all day on a warmer day.

Hotel was amazing from the location to the staff and breakfast.Reception was so friendly and helpful...Spa was huge and free to boot..If your looking for history Evora has lots.

The garden, the setup of the hotel and its room, the restaurant and staff are excellent.
The hotel is clean in general but need to focus on the detail like elevator and bathroom corner and edge. Yes, I know I am picky.

Hotel very close to the old town of Evora. Walking distance to Roman Ruins, restaurants, bars and anything else you need. Very helpful staff

The grounds were well kept and the restaurant on-site had a nice breakfast.
The water temperature was very inconsistent. When we arrived there was no hot water and again in the morning. So we had to suffer through ice cold (not even luke warm) showers. The air conditioning also didn’t work in our room, it was unbearably hot and we couldn’t even open the window because of safety concerns (we were on floor 0 which seemed like a basement apartment where the window was street level). When we called reception they brought the noisiest fan as a temporary measure but no one ever actually came to look at the AC unit.
