Einfach alles. Das Personal war unglaublich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als mein Mann sich auf dem Weg zum ATM verlaufen hatte, ist gleich eine mit dem Roller los um ihn abzuholen. Für meine Mutter gab es einen Geburtstagskuchen zum Frühstück geschenkt ❤️ die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstück war super. Es ist ein seltenes herzliches Hotel inmitten der ganzen hochgezogenen Hotels. Der Strand ist in 5 min zu gutzuheißen erreichen. Es gibt zwar auch Hotels welche direkt am Strand sind, aber die paar Minuten laufen sind es definitiv wert!!

EVERYTHING was great. I was amazed by the level of detail and professionalism in this hotel. I was lucky enough to enjoy the pool on a sunny day by myself. It's an stunning hotel.

I found breakfast very simple and blant. Nothing remarkable. Also note some rooms will be facing a wall so light is limited.

Todos los empleados muy atentos. El desayuno muy bueno. Limpio. Ubicación a 5 minutos de la playa. Tuvieron la amabilidad el último día al irnos antes del horario del desayuno de ofrecernos el desayuno. Es un hotel para ir pero a las habitaciones que no pongan “con vistas al jardín” La cama muy cómoda, hemos dormido fenomenal y la ducha también muy cómoda, espaciosa y con el agua caliente

Elegí la habitación con vistas del jardín, lo que no sabía es que el frontal de la habitación, incluida la puerta era todo de cristal y daba al pasillo de las otras habitaciones, con lo que si yo veía el pasillo y las jardineras todos los que pasaban por el pasillo me veían a mí en la cama y si cerraba la cortina la habitación se quedaba a oscuras como si no tuviera ventana. En la habitación parecía que estabas en un escaparate de Zara. Las otras habitaciones eran mejores, por lo menos tenías intimidad. Además la cama no tenía mesillas y el interruptor de la luz estaba lejos, tenías que levantarte. Vi la habitación con vista al patio y era muy buena, si hubiera elegido esa habitación o el apartamento les daria una puntuación de 10

Struttura nuova,pulita e caratteristica, non un palazzone grigio di quelli che si vedono a Da Nang, con belle piante verdi ed uno splendido laghetto artificiale con pesci che rende tutto ancora più Zen. In zona perfetta sia per il mare sia per la parte interna. Il personale è eccellente, parlano tutti inglese,estremamente gentili e accoglienti. L’albergo si trova a pochi passi da negozietti e ristoranti di ogni genere. La mia camera era enorme, anche con angolo cottura, pulita. La musica in filodiffusione una vera chicca. Assolutamente da consigliare

The hotel staff are the most welcoming I have seen anywhere. Almost every request was completed promptly. The room is nice, there are all necessities there. Even though humidity is quite high, there are air conditioning and ventilator to fix that.

Some blinds in the room were broken. Also, the windows are located in the bathroom, so the room does not have much natural sunlight during the day. But it was not essential, so we never complained.

The property was located nearby everything. All the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. I love everything about this place and I would highly recommend.

Great buffet breakfasts which changed daily, good location. Not far from beach, a short bike ride.

Average breakfast, a lot of options are cold like steamed dumplings or steamed bun, which shouldn’t be cold. The penthouse bathroom has design issue, open to the outside, no option to close the window, so a bit cold to take a shower when it’s around 20 degree due to the wind The deluxe bathroom also had design issue, water cannot flow down, and leaks outside when we take a shower. Room lack full body mirror and some lighting, and a safe box. Location very far from the true city center, around the hotel it’s still under development, a lot of tourist targeted restaurant and spa.

The staff were super helpfull, specially Vikki and Phoebe. They were very attentive and always checking that we had what we needed.

We thought the hotel was very pretty and location is great, close to many restaurants and beach. Staff was lovely, especially breakfast staff was always very kind and prepared extra vegetarian meals when I mentioned to them about my diet.

The rooms were nice, however, they lacked some basic functions like sockets near beds, hooks to hang the towels or space around the sink for the toiletries. We had to find creative ways to go about this. The idea of rooms facing inner courtyard is nice, however, once you are in the room, it feels a bit strange to be seen by others as well as being able to see other people in their rooms so we kept our curtain closed for the majority of time which means we didn't have much sunlight in the room.

這次訂了penthouse，但其實是頂樓加蓋的玻璃屋 風大的時候覺得房間快被吹散，風聲很可怕 浴室有一片窗戶的玻璃不見了 用透明塑膠布及膠帶暫時貼住⋯房間窗簾明顯發霉。簡易廚房的抽屜還有前一位房客留下的垃圾⋯ 住了兩晚，第一天回飯店時發現房間落地窗(出入口)沒有鎖…應是房務離開時沒鎖好，感覺很差。

Die kostenlosen Fahrräder sind an sich ein Pluspunkt allerdings waren diese so alt und nicht höhenverstellbar (aufgrund der Größe maximal für Jugendliche geeignet), dass wir sie leider nicht nutzen konnten. Die warmen Speisen bei'm Frühstück waren häufig kalt.

The property was absolutely beautiful and such a relaxing environment. We had such a warm welcome and all the staff were so lovely and made our stay very comfortable. The room was beautiful and had everything we could need. The buffet breakfast was also incredible and everything felt like it was prepared with love. The location was also perfect just a short walk to the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Good value for money and nice little boutique hotel. The rooftop pool was great - always quiet. Good location- managed to walk to most places, or a short grab ride. Short walk to the beach and good restaurants and cafes. Staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was OK- could do with a few more options (good thing is plenty of nice cafes nearby with great coffee and cheap food options). Air-conditioning was a little noisy as the unit is partially exposed in roof.

Very courteous staff. Took special care for our vegetarian breakfast. The kitchenette facility was good, you can cook or heat up food comfortably.

Room was very small. Toilet door was difficult to open it was it was obstructed by a Venetian blind just outside. Delayed response to my email. I had trouble going and converting USD to VND as the property did not reply to my message, nor did they charge my credit card as other hotels had done.

Beautiful hotel with tropical vibe!

- helpful & friendly staff (greeted with coconut biscuits & tea on arrival) - room; clean & had a comfortable bed - great location; close to the beach - breakfast; a few options (buffet, plus noodles to order / eggs to order) - beautiful koi pond / garden in reception - nice pool (though only 2 sun loungers)

We gave some of the below feedback to Reception when asked & they very kindly gave us bottled water & packets of coconut cookies as a thank you: - room; aesthetically pleasing but not very practical. A few examples: only one plug socket in the studio kitchen / bedroom, but 4 in the bathroom! No light switches near the bed, bedside tables/shelves, or reading lamps. Not much counter space in the bathroom for doing makeup - breakfast; items aren’t covered so sometimes there are small fruit flies around the food - sound insulation; we were on the top floor (5) with only the pool above us but could hear what sounded like heavy furniture being dragged at random times of night / early morning. could also hear plates & cutlery clanging in the morning, presumably being washed. there’s also a very(!) loud karaoke bar behind the hotel that didn’t stop til about 1am on a Sunday night

The best thing about Minh boutique were the staff- friendly and helpful from the start. From organising tours to local food recommendations, we felt very looked afer. The breakfast was delicious and they went out of their way to ensure we had plenty of pescatarian options (which tasted delicious eg, the fish salad and spring rolls.) Gorgeous decor with a beautiful and peaceful Koi pond. The rooms were very comfortable.

Not enough natural sunlight in the room- though not a problem for us, something to consider. The rooftop pool could have had a bit more shade and some more chairs to relax on.
