Die Lage, das Personal und die Hotelanlage waren sehr schön. Zwar etwas älter, aber sauber und sehr gepflegt. Direkt am Strand gelegen, Pool sehr groß und schön. Essen auch gut!

Preise im Hotel etwas überzogen, Teilweise das vierfache von Preisen in der Stadt. Das muss nicht sein.

I would recommend this exotic resort to everyone, as because it fulfills all your leisure requirements. Only thing I would suggest them, is to include Indian and Chinese cuisine in their menu

The property will serve all the best things for your need, only thing, we would suggest is to add few Indian dishes and Chinese dishes.

1. Terribly DIRTY ROOM (when we arrived at 3 pm and entered the room we found a lot of dust, hair everywhere and also (insect a grasshopper which was the least problem) 2. UNPROFESSIONAL staff (When I called reception and informed that the room is not clean they told me someone will come and inspect the room in 2 min, 5 min passed no one came and I called again Ahmad picked up and repeated the same that someone will come in 2 min I told him that it’s been 10 min since I hear 2 min and in response he RAISED HIS VOICE ! 3 TIME WASTED 1. after dirty room incident we wasted 1 hour to find another room running here and there instead of relaxing by the beach ..2 after we returned from the beach at 7 pm the room still wasn’t ready 2 beds were separated and toilet ríes as there is 1 person staying in room 4 DINING experience is very POOR No food servers at the beach and kitchen always closed La cucina restaurant is the only place where you can order food while you are at the pool waiter do not even bother to bring the menu!! self service in 5 stars hotel menu is simply overpriced specially for this terrible service- Best restaurants in Dubai cheaper 😀 Breakfast selection is ok but service as always terrible (requested a waited for milk and butter and she simply forgot 😅 after 10 min she came and asked if we ordered anything )

Pool and room. most the staff were lovely and very helpful.

food in Italian took a ridiculous time to come. was decent food but the wait was not acceptable at all. limited or no draft beer available. breakfast was ok. pool bar was not a swim up bar..

the hotel building nearby the swimming pools and beach are very convenient, rooms style are very attractive , friendly staff and very diverse breakfast options,

breakfast dishes smell as if it was not washed properly, it reduced my appetite, electricity went out during the night and due to that I guess the hotel had to start a generator which was located behind my room it was a bit noisy

the rooms are clean. the food is excellent. the staff are all super welcoming and friendly

the sunbeds on the beach side should be retired. it is on the pricey side. ideally 24 hour cancellation for weather reasons would be great
