Love this hotel. Perfect location and room was comfortable. But Mateo was extraordinary!!! We travel a lot and he was by far the best front desk manager we've ever encountered. They're very lucky to have him. He made our stay memorable.

We loved the location which was right in the heart of the city and close to everything. Parking on the square was easy and the staff - especially on reception - were great. She organised a restaurant for Saturday night when we had been unable to find one ourselves and was interested in us and a great advocate for the Hotel

The position is great; nice clean rooms but quite small
Breakfast was very disappointing, not at all what you would expect from a 4 stars hotel; you have to pay an extra 25€ if you want to use the Spa
