Location was perfect.

Came back from a meeting a 9.30pm. The kitchen was closed and the barman could offer me nothing to eat. Breakfast staff was impatient and unfriendly.

In the center of Kitzbühel, great staff who helps and gave us tips what to do. Very good breakfast, free parking, very clean room, the hotel also have a local restaurant and a bar with nice music. Highly recommended hotel.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! The location is in heart of Kitzbhul with complimentary parking just across the street. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Kaiser suite and the room was very specious, with all the amenities we needed and the view from the three (three!) balconies were just stunning. Breakfast was very good with a rich selection and again the staff there was very friendly and welcoming. We used the sauna at the bottom floor a couple of times which was really nice to use after a long day. They even let us check out past the check out time so we had some more time to relax before our trip back.

the room is comfortable and quiet big. the breakfast is excellent: fresh fruits (mango, kiwi, melon, ananas); salmon; egg station.

wifi in room is weak.

Everything about our holiday and stay in the hotel was perfect. Lovely and professional staff that were at disposition 24/7. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Comfortable, clean and practical rooms. Thank you very much and we are definitely coming back!

The hotel was excellent, warm and friendly. Super comfy, spacious rooms. We were spoilt for choice at breakfast. Plus, everything was so fresh, including the fruit, various breads and patisseries, cold meats, cheese, eggs etc.
