El hostal está en un punto muy bueno de Vielha: muy cerca del centro pero en un sitio tranquilo. El personal fue amabilísimo nos ofrecieron una habitación mejor para estar más cómodos. La habitación tenia bastante luz natural, la cama era cómoda y el baño estaba perfecto. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y limpias. Dormimos muy bien!

Aparcar quizás no sea lo más fácil. Pero íbamos en moto y nos dejaron aparcarlas justo en el callejoncito del hostal, así que genial!

The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. They really helped us in our stay since its our first time in Spain and Vielha. The location of the hotel is very near the centre. Quiet and spacious space.

The confort was poor

Location. Good breakfast. And above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Great location, super clean. A kettle and tea making facilities were provided which we really appreciated. wifi worked well.

The room was a little cold and we couldn’t see any way to change the temperature. We didn’t have a great nights sleep too as we were woken by a very noisy humming/droning noise several times… maybe it was the pipes?

They accomodated us well even while arriving later than expected at night. The best part was that we were upgraded to the superior double room for free which was impecable and gorgeous! The nice touch of the interior design, spacious room, tea and coffee corner made it feel welcoming. The sofas downstairs were extra comfy and my favorite part of the room. I absolutely fell in love with this room and would love to return again soon!

The wifi was unreliable and sound proofing from the next door neighbors was lacking. Additionally, the best was a bit hard for my liking but these are minor complaints that did not affect our stay.

The breakfast was quite ok and all other aspects. What was exceptional was the staff support we received in navigating our way to ski tickets with COVID and other regulations.
