Unbearable conditions: rooms are a size of a shoebox, rooms are hot, NO AIR CONDITIONING (was +32C outside)! A pathetic portable fan doesn’t cut it. Windows are tiny - no air flow. Shared balcony - safety issue!
No hot water, water barely dripping from the shower head.
Sketchy area - I was scared for my safety when walking.

the bed was extremely comfortable and soft, the room itself was very clean and it was in a very good location for me.
The room was a little small, as was the bathroom, but those are minor issues nothing too inconvenient.

Perfect location near to bus stops and trams, nice size room, staff very friendly and welcoming. Free parking at this price you cannot complain.

room very basic and run down. Radiator wouldn't turn down so very hot all night Window was open when i arrived - very noisy.
Hairdryer broken. given replacement and it was dirty and sticky to touch!
