We were able to check in at 1am as our train arrived late and the staff at the reception had always a big smile and was very nice. Also the location is in the city center close to the highlights so that was very convenient.
It felt very filthy and for the price we paid (considering other Indonesian prices), we felt it was not logical to the great reviews we saw.
The shower curtain was so dirty it was orange (when originally it’s white) and there was black mold at the bottom. We couldn’t shower as we felt the toilette was so filthy.
If bedsheets and toilette where refurbished and replaces then this would have been a great stay

The staff at the Kresna Hotel were fantastic! They organised a temple tour for me, handled my laundry and resolved some other ad hoc requests that I had in a friendly and efficient manner. Great hotel, perfect service.

Everything was great here...Clean n comfort, friendly staff, very cheap for the facilities near with shops n cafe...sadly when we stay here, we are the only guest, the hotel used to have nice cafe before, but close during the pandemic 😭 surely coming back here 🥰

Everything was in shape, the hotel very clean all over. We used the family room which was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Pleasant outdoor lounge in the middle of the hotel compound. The service was really good, staff were friendly and helpful.
