Just what we needed for one night. We used toaster and microwave for dinner and breakfast as we had food on board and everything was great. 3 single beds were perfect.

Good position in Penrith to the areas I needed to visit, clean comfortable rooms, close to a good selection of eateries, ample parking with easy access.
The lack of breakfast options. I've been staying here for a number of years (close to 20) and the lack of breakfast options (the "packs" they offer are not up to the standard of motels in this era) is a deterrent. It would help if something was arranged with a local cafe or the pub next door

Beds need updating and more pillows.
Also tv in bedroom was outdated.
needed a room for 2 adults and 1 kid. Was given a room with no privacy seperate from child. Asked to be moved into something more private. Managed to have issue sorted quickly and easily.

Easy check-in, quiet even though it’s next to the bistro, friendly staff, clean-ish..
Cupboard doors coming off, room smelt like smoke, not enough towels (4 people noted on stay, only 3 provided), no in room service, hardly any power points, poor kitchenette facilities. Hair dryer outdated/past electrical check date (2010 :o)

I loved that it was quiet even though there is a busy road near by. The room was amazing and the housekeeping did an immaculate job. I could not have asked for anything better. Thank you.
