The location of the villa is great. Quiet and lovely views.

We have stayed in menorca rental villas three times now. This was our second time in this villa. It’s a nice villa but is getting a bit tired. Pretty much every day we had to call them as we weren’t getting hot water. They always came out quickly but it seems the boiler in the villa is beyond repair. Also the beds and mattresses are very flimsy. One actually collapsed when my mother was asleep on it. The fridge is very old and needs replacing. If these things can be resolved we would book this villa again next year.
