The property is in the pedestrian area and not accessible by car. Car parking is very expensive even is 5-7 min walking. The apartment in on the 3 floor without elevator.

The overall mark is quite hight. The property is quite unique and droll in positive sense. It's definitely worth visiting and staying. The location was brilliant. All the necessary things were at the property. It has two private bedrooms, a large living room with another sleeping spot, couch, working zone, dining area. Also, it has a separate (no door) kitchen and a corridor next to the entry. There's a gas stove, an oven and a dishwasher in the kitchen. There's a shower cabin, a bidet in the WC. There's a washing machine in the corridor. The apartment looks large. In the kitchen there were some tea, coffee and sugar. There were no oil and salt. The tableware was okay and it was enough of it. The wifi connection was stable and worked well everywhere but in the toilet which was a bit far from the main rooms of the apartment. The host met us next to the entry and after a short tour gave us the keys

To get to the apartment you need to go up 4 different and long staircases. Being with luggage it's a problem. There are a lot small steps and stairs in the apartment as well. Literally each zone or room lays in it's own level and you need to go either upstairs or downstairs. Some of the steps are just tiny that makes them especially dangerous. I fell down from them at least 4 times in a week. The water pressure is pretty week. There were few toilet papers and dishwashing tablets. We run out of them during our stay. It was an option to collect more in the office (10-15 mins on foot). That's it

The appartment is located in old city center in walking area. It's spacieus and quiet. It's furnished in '80-ties style and equipment is in a very good condition. Heating worked very well. Parking place is located at 7 minutes walk. Transferring with luggages is possible with free city travel service. Welcome was worm and timely. Lot of good restaurants at 3 minutes walk. Everything was ok. Just the bed could have been better.

Excellent and friendly service and clean and comfortable property. Both Tina the property agent and Taya who collected us from the airport were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist.

The location is amazing. In the heart of the pedestrian zone, yet high up and against the mountain, so from the balcony and one side, it feels like you're fully in nature. Quiet, green and lovely. There was tons of space inside. The apartment was well stocked with all one needed, and more. Everything functioned well. Other reviews complained about the stairs. They really weren't bad. Even our three year old had no issues. Other reviews also mentioned that with the location of the AC, the bedrooms didn't really cool down. If you turn the AC on an hour or two before bedtime, the coolness reaches the rooms too.

Nothing. Slanted attic ceilings in the bedrooms that one could bump one's head on, maybe? Really nothing though.

Situated in the heart of the city, the apartment is very beautiful with kitchen, (oven, washing machine, microwave, dish washer...), wifi that it’s work very well, wide living room with a small office, tv and big sofa. The Bathroom have bidè (no easy to find outside Italy) and shower. They can provide for you 2 different dimension of towels (no so big). Upstairs there are 2 rooms. One with a family bad and the other with 2 single bad. Very beautiful terrace where to chill.

Everything is perfect the only things that need the apartment is the lift.
