We stayed in this property for 4 nights.spacious and clean rooms, with fresh towels. Pool with kids play things. Aldi and coles is 1 min driving distance and of course DanMurphy as well😜. Easy communication with property Manger.. she is happy to help anytime. Definitely recommends to family with kids.

Be very wary of booking this property - the images look great but what it doesn’t tell you is the master bedroom is a converted garage. There is no storage for clothing so if staying for a long time be prepared to live out of your case!! The MAIN problem though is that there is NO ACCESS from the garage space internally to the house so you have to either separate as adults or lock children in the house and they have to come out the front door and knock on your door for access - not great if they wake at night etc. alone in the house. We moved out the very next day with Vrbo approving a refund but having done so on their approval Vrbo are now not honouring what they approved. Be VERY CAREFUL BOOKING WITH VRBO

We stayed for 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and tidy. Vera was very kind and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Loved the lagoon style pool, felt like we were at a 5 star resort. The property is very pet and family friendly. We have stayed at numerous houses on the Gold Coast and would not hesitate to return to this property again. Thanks for accommodating us Vera. 😊🤗

This house is perfect for a family get away. Awesome pool for the kids, 10min walk to beach, great cafes close by and quiet neighbourhood. Vera was so accommodating and responsive and there for anything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay we hope we can stay again when we return.

Sadly, the photos on line must be quite old because they are not a true representation of the property. The property is quite rundown especially the outside area. Loose and broken edge pavers were very dangerous and could cause a fall down the step. Others were uneven over a whole section and we’re actually sticking up as a trip hazard. The pool area garden is very basic with very poor gardens and only cheap plastic stack chairs to sit on. There was an old bucket of water, Palm fronds and other debris stacked in the yard. The front approach was unappealing because of neglect and there were old deflated pool toys and papers in the gardens. The fly screens in the bedrooms were so old, damaged and dirty that we didn’t open the windows for fear of dirt and debris blowing in on us when sleeping next to them. There were no top sheets on the beds only doonas so we had to sleep without cover - the weather was quite warm . The key to the security door on the separate bedroom did not work. The room could only be locked from the inside. We made a decision based on the photos provided but we were disappointed with the reality. The owner was helpful and obliging but ultimately we were disappointed with the quality of the property. It would not take much to improve the quality of this property.

Traditional three bedroom house with undercover garage converted to a fourth bedroom and en suite. Off street parking, spacious, large TV in lounge, pool in back yard, great location.

Stayed with the family for 8 nights. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. After a long road trip from Melbourne, walking through the door, we felt right at home and relaxed. The 4 kids aged between 6-15 enjoyed the pool and found it hard to leave. Beds were comfortable and the TV had built in Chromecast and Netflix so enjoyed many a family movie night. Vera is an amazing and thoughtful host and the made our stay memorable. Will definitely return.

Loved our stay in Burleigh Waters. Great location - short walk to the beach; medium walk to Burleigh shops & slightly longer walk to Coles. Great house - travelled with 3 kids (18,16 & 8) - they had the 3 internal bedrooms and we had the front bungalow. Pool was lovely and as per photos. Vera is a great host. Would happily return. Only suggestion is to put a clothes line under car port for the wet weather days.

We had a lovely relaxing time. The house is in a quiet location but within walking distance to both the beach and the shops. Vera our host even organised a cot with bedding that was ready on our arrival for our toddler to sleep in which was amazing. We enjoyed both spending time indoors and outdoors. Overall a very comfortable stay!

We had a great holiday experience staying here. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach, a fun park and cool cafes. The pool was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. All our needs were met and it exceeded our expectations.

We had a very enjoyable time. It was my first time in a stayz property, I was a bit anxious of how to get into the property at first. It would be nice once you’ve paid if you were given a direct mobile to the property owner. Otherwise all good, just had to get used to the system. Thank you again for your hospitality. Emily

Really good house. Good size kitchen with lots of crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment etc. A second fridge outside under the verandah was a bonus. Bedrooms with ceiling fans and comfortable beds. Beautiful outdoor area and pool with landscaping - was difficult getting 3 kids out of the pool! Our dealings with Vera (owner) were excellent - very obliging lady. We'd definitely stay again.

Prefect family home for a stay on the Gold Coast. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Contact with Vera was effortless, she made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again.
