Excellent service…

all was great…

Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Martha was very pleasant, she provided us lots of information on places and restaurants, beaches and sightseeing. The villa itself is in a perfect location overlooking the meditteranean, its breathtaking.

None, everything exceeded our expectations.

Personal approach, wonderful and helpful management! They made a few reservations for us in the beautiful places!

AC was weak, room was little hot.

The best "agrotouristic" experience ever. If you look for your little peace of heaven under the Greek sky and stars this is exactly the place you should select. Pancratium is located at the end of little street almost on the top of the hill with a panoramic view to the caldera and the Akrotiri village with the beautiful church and pretty good shape ruins of venetian castle. There are only 3 apartments in this facility so you might book them all if travelling by larger group. Little center of Akrotiri with small supermarket few cafeteries and restaurants is just 5 minutes walking distance down the hill so you need to climb a bit when coming back. Spacious parking lot in front of the facility and small but very good moto/quad/car rental just arround the corner. Owners are very friendly and helpful, Martha will give you short introduction to the best places to visit in Santorini arranging everything whatever you need. Super clean room was bit smaller than in the description compensated by very nice terrace with a whirlpool and great panorama.

This is not a remark on facility but if happens that the other guests decide having a party on the terrace it becomes disturbing.. .luckily they left next day :-)

Very peaceful location. A little piece of heaven. Waking up at an outstanding view across caldera, whole of island is priceless. Wholesome breakfast. Friendly, accommodating owners, allowed for room upgrade and late checkout.

Bath towels rather old, but that's just nit_picking

My wife and I spent a week at Pancratium Villas & Suites for a one week vacation in Santorini and we were blown away. The hosts are super-nice, they waited us until 1 am since we got a very heavy flight delay compared to our original plan and they recommended and arranged a lot of restaurant reservations and programs for us. The rooms are spacious, always clean and cozy, and it inclued an indoor jackuzzi. The room also had unbelievable view on the whole Caldera. It was an awesome experience waking up for that every day. Akrotiri is a nice and more quiet town, not crowded like Fíra or Oía so we loved it very much. Great restaurants, beaches and museum is nearby and you simply must check the sunset at the nearby Lighthouse. The breakfast had a lot of options, every day you could request the specific menu for tomorrow. It was always very tasty and the portions were also great. Overall, we loved it very much and will definiately try to return in the future.

The stuff were very kind and helpful. Martha is amazing person, helpful, responsible. She has tried to make my stay over my expectations.So happened that I had a birthday during my stay, so she even unexpectedly organised a cup cake. Really good, clean, pleasant place to stay with amazing sea view if you are not keen on spending ridiculous money

Exceptional view, the friendliest hosts imaginable and awesome facilities.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. Beautiful view and the private jacuzzi with view to Caldera was to die for during sunset and at night.

The property was in great shape. The only tip would be to make the beds more comfortable with a gel topper or something.

The view of the property is breathtaking and the owners are amazing. They gave us great recommendations of activities and restaurants on the island, booked us on boat excursions, wine tours, welcomed us with early checking and even made us breakfast to take away the last day since we were leaving early. The hot tub is always warm and ready to use.

Excellent value for money. The owners are very helpful and generous . I would recommend hiring a car for a couple of days to visit the island but the owners were more than helpful with organizing transfers and local lifts. The room is comfortable and clean, great shower and lovely breakfast to your room . The style of room is basic but it offers many small luxuries such as bath robes and toiletries and daily clean towels, which are unexpected and make it feel more like a hotel experience. The best thing about the property ( suite no 3 ) is the privacy of your terrace (with sun loungers) offering stunning sea and caldera views!

Amazimg view

Very friendly hosts that served a great breakfast every morning. You could check your preferences on a menu list and the time you want have breakfast, The views from the terrace is spectacular. The rooms are very clean and modern. Great shower, great fridge, great air conditioning, great Wi-Fi, great shower. In short it was a perfect stay.

We stayed at Pancratium Villas & Suites for 4 nights. Martha and her husband are such nice hosts. They helped us with anything we needed, transfer from the airport, renting a car, restaurant recommendations, beaches to visit. The room has TV, air-conditioning, fridge, a safe box and the room was kept clean during our stay. I liked the fact that the breakfast was served to our room at the preffered hour. I highly recommend!

Nice view, helpful staff and good breakfast. Terrace with tables/chairs and sun beds has awesome caldera view. Akrotiri lighthouse is close by for sunset. Akrotiri is very nice location and good value on the island to stay but you require a rental car.
