Our group of 14 (7 couples) had a great time. We loved that every couple had a bedroom. Pool was fabulous and so much room between the upstairs and downstairs living room and kitchen. Owners were easy to stay in touch with and they made sure that all questions and special requests were taken care of. Would return for sure!

The house and the hosts were great. Stocked with everything you need, awesome pool, plenty of sleeping space for large groups, and everything needed for entertaining. communication was great and they were quick to deliver if anything needed to be restocked.

I am from Wisconsin so I know a thing or two about Silos! This is the nicest one I have ever been in! Kidding aside the place was fantastic. We were in for my daughters wedding and she rented the Noble house next door. That made things very convenient as we could have a really large group of 30 in total between the two properties. They have a fence they opened and it is only 40 feet or so from door to door. We had 12 people at at the silo which was perfect. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable with great bedding and lots of pillows! The upstairs is very large with a huge kitchen Island. We loved the open spaciousness of the area. My wife and I stayed in the Master and the bathroom was wonderful with a huge two person shower.
Laundry upstairs was really convenient with great appliances across the board Downstairs was large too. We were too busy to play ping pong but that was in the garage along with some other table games. The pool was fantastic. It was 105 degrees so we spent a lot of time in it. We made great use of the huge Blackstone grill and made burgers at night and bacon in the morning! The lake is low right now but the hillside views are just as beautiful. The owners were very responsive and the check in person lived right next door which is really convenient. She even came over and sprayed off our cars as the roads in Austin hills can be dusty. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The house was great! It was a little staycation for us. We just wanted to get away before the kids went back to school without having to travel so far. The house was very well equipped with everything and anything. 10/10!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the Silo house was very spacious and we love the house lay-out, great for a big family like ours, we will definitely look to book again in the future. Thanks again Kim (property manager), she was great.

This house was amazing! It had everything we need and more! For a party of 15 girls this house was plenty big for us to not be on top of each other. The dining tables were big enough to fit all 15 of us. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well kept and spacious. Everything about this house was perfect for our trip, many of us did not want to leave! Would highly recommend this house and Kim!

The house looks a lot better that it looks in the pictures. The host was super cool and friendly.
They have a bunch of water toys, also a golf cart to access the lake. We will come back!!

Great long weekend here with friends. House is incredible. Beautiful, cool decor, Clean, open, had an amazing fully stalked kitchen and huge table for all of us. Property owner and manager were both great to work with. Easy to communicate and responded quickly. Pool is beautiful with a shelf for those who just want to put feet in to cool down. So many games, pool floats, frisbees, corn hole and a fire pit. It would be perfect for families! Close to town as well so easy to grab forgotten items at store. 100% recommend!

This house has it all! Pool, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, lake access (with the use of a golf cart), beautiful deck with very nice view of lake and a fully stocked kitchen! This house was perfect for our large group of diverse ages. There was something for everyone. The booking process was seamless and the check in process was very thorough and helpful. Dinah, the property manager was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend this home to our friends and family who are looking for a relaxing vacation or staycation.

Texas Team Meeting
Brought together the team (Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, Detroit, Houston and Dallas) from the Central Region to meet, bond and have some fun. This was the perfect place for that. Everyone had their own room, tables were huge to sit around, the internet was strong, the pool was great for the evenings, and the kitchen was well stocked. Dinah was perfect as the property manager as well.
The only downside is that you don't have an easy beach access to the lake (Travis). Yes you can take the nice golf cart down to the area (which is a bit rough) but then there is no public dock or sand beach to get in. Its rocks and rough.
Other then that, it was perfect. BIg, clean, and tons of things to do (swim, meet, game room, etc)

Excellent property
Great house - immaculate - great location with lake views. Plenty of games/activities - paddle boards, kayak, pool amenities, corn hole, frisbee golf, ping pong, foosball. Perfect for kids and teens. Just be awe’s you are about 20 min from restaurants, stores etc. But door ash and Uber eats deliver there!

Everything you would want.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Silo. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you decide to cook while on vacation. There is even a BBQ and Blackstone grill. We loved spending days our days floating in the pool or being able to walk down to the lake for a swim. The owner set up a boat rental for us, which is another great way to spend a day. The house is exactly as pictured and communication with owner is fast. We would highly recommend this property!

Amazing house!!
Kim and Chris’ house was the location for my bachelorette party with 10 of my nearest and dearest friends. The house was TO DIE for!! My favorite places were their big dinner table where we could all gather as a group for meals, their SILO bar, and back deck! We also enjoyed two great boat days with Captain Gage (you can rent the boat through Kim and Chris). This has been my most successful rent through VRBO / Airbnb and I cannot wait to return!

Beautiful, Fun, and Relaxing
The Silo was a perfect place to get together with a dozen of my friends at the lake. If you want to be active, the owners supplied plenty of lake toys and yard games. If you'd rather read a book overlooking the lake or eat/drink in the huge indoor space, that works too! It had a little bit of everything, and the quality of the house is terrific.

Stunning and Spacious!
My husband and I recently rented out the property to house us and other couples for a wedding we were attending nearby. The house was large enough to put 14 adults in a proper bed, no one on the couch or even a blow up. The house is so beautifully done with so much space, upstairs, downstairs, and outside. We spend much of our time hanging around the huge island, lounging on the large sections, and chatting on the raised porch over looking the water. It was such a treat to stay in the house instead of a hotel, which allowed us to spend much more time together and catch up with old friends. We even spent one morning with a walk down to the lake and some time playing football and ultimate frisky, all provided by the owner. The rooms were spacious, well decorated and everything was perfectly clean. All of this in itself would be enough to warrant a glowing review, but the owners even added some pretty incredible personal touches. First, they welcomed us to eat or drink just about anything that was already there. They set up a cute welcome sign with our party's name, and gifted us a bottle of champagne, sipping tequila, and two beautiful handmade recycled paper necklaces from Africa! I could not have asked for a better stay and definitely recommend this property!

Great House & Great Owners
I can't say enough about this property and the owners. We arrived Thursday after dark (pulling a boat) and the owners stayed awake until 11pm to make sure we didn't have any issue parking, then they showed us the place and made us feel right at home. The Silo is clean and well kept, all the beds are nice, there is a huge dining table for a meal with your group, and a nice sectional for lounging and watching TV. We used the grill outside for most of our cooking and it worked with no issues. The outdoor fire ring has a great view of the lake and is where we spent our evenings.
As mentioned above I took a boat and used the neighborhood boat ramp which is less than a minute walk from the house, the ramp is a concrete/gravel mix but I had no issue launching my 24' wakeboard boat. No boat? No problem, bring water toys and enjoy the swimming area adjacent to the boat ramp. The lake was at full at 680 feet during our stay.
It's a great house at great price and we hope to return!

BEAUTIFUL Lake Home!
The house was absolutely beautiful! Very well equipped for a fun, comfortable, and entertaining stay. The location was very convenient and only steps away from the boat ramp. The large dining table was great for gathering with a perfect view of the lake! Overall, just a wonderful home for a family vacation. We hope to definitely stay again!
