Great place to stay. Everything you need is in this loft. It is cute, comfortable and truly has everything. Bed was comfy. Kitchen had every appliance. The place was clean. It felt like a home away from home. Loved how close it was to downtown.
Excellent communication with the host. Responses were fast and friendly. One of the best places we have stayed.

The loft was the perfect place for our kid free get away! Location is perfect to all the restaurants and shopping. We only used our car twice during our whole stay, to go to the speedway and to a winery. The loft had everything we needed and more! Living g Like A Local loft is amazing. You’re in the heart of downtown Bristol, TN…. Food, music, great local shops, farmers market, bakeries, all within walking distance. The beautiful apartment is in the center of it all … yet, the second floor patio allows you to chill with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and take it all in. Our host Karin has thought of all the ‘homey touches’ that embrace the phrase ‘southern hospitality.’ The apartment is gorgeous, private and has ALL the comforts of home!

Our stay at the Loft was exquisite. This place is super clean with all of the comforts of home. Karen and Monica both were very kind and eager to answer any questions that you may have. Would love to stay here again.

If this is how locals live, they're living very well! So many touches that just made everything easier--tea, coffee, snacks, toiletries--we lacked for nothing. And it was truly in the heart of downtown Bristol--we could walk to the Birthplace of Country Music, the Paramount Theater, and multiple restaurants. Thanks for having us.

This place was such a surprise. I can’t say enough good things about it. Place was immaculate. It was clean and well equipped for a long stay. They had seriously thought of everything. Karen was very good on communications. I had a last minute change which was no problem. Location in Bristol itself was great with lots of good restaurants and coffee shops right there not to forget the ice cream shop right by the stairs in the back.

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The loft is nicely appointed and full of character. It is an easy walk to several good restaurants and the museum. We would gladly stay here again.

This loft was Amazing!! As soon as we walked in the door we went into total relaxation mode. Lights on, soft music playing immediately said Welcome. The decorative touches were spot on and we could sense how much thought and care had gone into the loft. Everything we needed was provided..toiletries, snacks, tea, games, snacks!! It was also a great location. We walked down the steps and turned the corner to get to any shop, or restaurant we wanted . We met our gracious host, Karen in one of her cool shops below the loft , Cranberry Lane, and she gave us many tips for things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Bristol and can’t wait to return for a relaxing weekend in this beautiful loft. Thanks Karen for all you do to make it special!

I am not one to leave reviews, but this was the best place we’ve ever stayed! The loft was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was walking distance to all of the fun shops in downtown Bristol. There was designated parking, which was a huge bonus. The communication with the property manager was great from the start! I hope we get to stay here again!

We Loved the Loft!! It was sooo beautiful! Very clean! The host hospitality was fabulous!! I would highly recommend this loft and if you do check it out….you have to try 620 State restaurant for an amazing dinner as well as Bloom for a fabulous brunch!! We will definitely be back!! 🥰

Wonderful loft in downtown Bristol!
Booked this loft for a weekend away for our 5th anniversary. The loft was very clean and the owner was very responsive and just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.
Also, the location is great. Nothing like being able to walk to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location is also a great central location if you're in town and wanting to float either the South Holston or Watauga River.
Overall, just a great place that I cannot wait to get back to.

It was our first time booking something like this and I will never stay in a hotel again! Karen and Monica thought of everything!! I mean everything! You could show up with just some clothes and you’ll be fine. This place was amazing and a great location. Lots of places within walking distance. Even given it’s location and proximity to the night life it was very quiet. I cannot say enough nice things about this place or the host. If we end up in Bristol again there is no other place I would rather stay!

Wonderful place to stay with excellent access to the best Bristol has to offer. We loved how historic the loft was and the access to food! The host was great at communication and getting back to us.

We loved the loft! Karen and Monica thought of every comfort. It was great staying right downtown and walking to dinner and shopping. Private designated parking made it easy to leave and come back for hiking. Definitely a great place.

This property was perfect for my Bristol visit! The property owner is VERY accessible as needs may arise. I extended my visit by two days without any problem and enjoyed every minute of it. This will definitely be my "go to" when in Bristol!
