The house is in a great location with plenty of room for guests. The grill and heater on the deck work great. Many issues with cleanliness, but we were able to make the best of it.

After viewing the place on its posting, I wasn't expecting the best. The place is in a good part of the town, close to the village and shops. I saw the wall of drawings and the rest of the house was cozy and had plenty of amenities. However, the downside was that many parts of the house were dirty, unprepared or ready to break. Upon arrival, I went to the bottom floor room where I was greeted to a stained bed blanket with either foundation or coffee? The skirt of the bed covered in what seemed to be dog pee in múltiple spots. There was cobb webbs on the windows and corner of the rooms . And the bottom bathroom toilet immediately stopped flushing after one use. The host came to help but we found a plunger and fixed it ourselves. On the other end of the stairs was a old rolled up rug and blocked access to where we would enter the house from parking below. Other than that, the house provided ammenities and toiletries for the stay. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans to cook with.

Overall, the house has great bones. It’s in a cute, friendly, and quiet neighborhood. Though, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house upon arrival (the living room rug was filthy, we found dog poop smashed into the carpet that hasn’t been cleaned in ages, then we found human feces smeared across the master bathroom door) the management company Vacasa knew about this issue and didn’t have much to say except telling us they would pass this information to their team? On the first day of vacation we spent it cleaning the house because of the condition. Lastly, for the amount of money we spent on this short rental we were extremely disappointed in the property management team. Don’t be fooled, they tell you to reach out if there’s any concerns and do not address the issue. Cute house, terrible management.

The size, the 3 bedrooms with the attached 3 baths bathroom's make it very accommodating. The house is located on the border of Cedar Glen and Lake Arrowhead, not to far off the main highway in a very nice neighborhood. Very clean and safe. Even in snowy weather the roads should be easily accessible. It could use a nice fresh coat of paint throughout and more adequate seating to accommodate the number of people the house can hold.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The house was pretty clean and had plenty of room for my husband, 6mo old baby and me with our 2 big dogs. The master bedroom is perfectly positioned to see the stars right from bed or if it isn’t too chilly then from the master bedroom balcony. There are balconies galore actually, one off the other upstairs bedroom, one off the kitchen, and a nice front porch as well. Everything is gated so the dogs couldn’t escape. The house was nicely stocked with kitchen wares and the patio had an outdoor heater and chairs which was a nice touch. Our only complaint was with the neighborhood due to a few very vocal and loud dogs, which obviously isn’t the fault of this rental and was only an issue when we tried to have the windows open at night after the baby went to sleep. Also, there is cable but no smart TV so no Netflix/Hulu or anything. Not a big deal but worth noting. Overall we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others!

Departure time is very inconvenient and ruined the whole weekend and even though we offered to pay more for a later departure, the agency did not accept. We really enjoy the stay on the property, especially it was freezing and snowing outside; while it was warm and cozy inside. It has everything we need for the stay. Although the house needs a bit of maintenance just like all of our houses, but overall, it was a very joyful experience.

The home was perfect.
We went up for a long weekend for October fest. It was a lot of fun! There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved that each bedroom had its own bath- it made it feel like a luxury vacation in the mountains. It’s close to restaurants and a short drive to the Arrowhead Village. We were bummed the playground was still closed at the village due to Covid but our kids ended up having a great time because of all the games that the cabin provided. I’d say it’s perfect for 3 couples or a large family/extended family stay. Everyone had their own space and the living space was big enough for everyone. They even had extra chairs for the dining table. They thought of everything.

This place was awesome. It was way more spacious than it looks on photos and offered lots of privacy for our stay. The only thing we didn’t know until arrival was there is no AC so it was very hot throughout the stay, in the 80s according to the thermostat.

Kids loved the visit and I was pleased to see a chair to use and sleep in the first few nights due to a broken arm. Was a bit challenging going up and down stairs but found a way to make it work. Other than the heat we had a great stay!

Also, the check in was at 4 and we asked to check in earlier so we would not have to wait in the heat, but you did not allow us to. We booked this house for its proximity to a family’s cabin nearby. Besides that the place was pretty tired and run down. We pulled up to a driveway full of weeds and overgrown plants. The paint was chipping and old on all patios.
The carpet in the living room left our feet black, I was terrified to have my year in a half year old crawling on the floor. There were dangerous hazards like extension cords hanging from eve rug exterior patio.
I will not be staying at this house again.

The house is nice and in a good part of Lake Arrowhead...but if you plan on doing any remote learning or schooling, forget about it! The internet service here is awful!

Wonderful, cozy mountain escape
Some real thought was put into the design and arrangements within this home. We enjoyed our time and appreciated the layout, balconies (3), bathtub, and fireplace the most.
Make sure you factor in the fees when booking. The nightly rate was affordable, but the fees made up for almost as much as the nightly rate.
