Staff and Owner are responsive . They gave me free early check-in . Since power back-up is not available they gave me power bank to charge my phone.. They helped me to take luggage up to the room since no lift is available in the property. Room was quiet since Cable TV connection is not there.

the property was centrally located on the main road in McLeodganj and was really easy to find and only a five minute walk from the Dalai Lama’s residence and Main Tibetan Temple.
We can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

Very clean and the staff is very kind ! Location is also good, easy to go everywhere in Dharamsala, Dharamkot and Baghsu. They can also drive you to these places.

The hotel is simple and peaceful. You get good view of the Himalayas. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I remember seeing a complaint about dogs barking. During our stay the dogs only bark around dawn/early mornings when we were deep in sleep so it was not a problem. Mostly they kept to themselves anyway.
The location is further from the center than we expected.

Staff so polite and helpful.
Room clean and a firm but good bed. Extra blankets given. Bathroom with cleaning equipment and lovely towels.

Nice and clean hotel in the centre of Mcleodganj. It is on Jogiwara road which is very quiet and clean. 5 minutes walking to the main square. The staff is very friendly. All our requests were attended . They even upgraded our room from Standard to Deluxe at no extra cost. We are very happy with our experience and we would definitely come back .

The owner was very helpful and accommodating. He helped me print my flight tickets and organised my taxi. Very grateful to have stayed here.

The place was perfect for us, the price-quality ratio is very good. The best thing about the hotel is the service, Kiran, the host, is excellent, he is a very good guide in the area, he has many contacts, resolves situations that arise, advises and will help you in everything you need. It is perfectly located and very comfortable, we got a room with a view of the Himalayas and it was perfect.

They could improve only 3 aspects:
1. Receive payment with cards
2. More menu options for breakfast.
3. The noise of the constructions around that start very early.
But it's still excellent

The manager was extremely helpful. For example, he went so far as to drop me off at a store where I could buy a SIM card for India. He also arranged affordable and reliable transport to our next destination

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is not far from the main market, the Namgyal Monastery and other places of interest.
There are many restaurants and shops nearby.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
Since we stayed at the hotel in the off season and the hotel was mostly empty, they were nice enough to upgrade our room to one with a small balcony, which had a nice view over the mountains and part of the town.

The staff was nice and very helpful. They make you feel like family. Good location close to Main Square and away from the traffic and the crowd. Very responsive to all my requests.

Walking distance from main market. Staff is quite supportive specially "KiranKant" and even share the sightseen route plan. Handle the requests with comfort and politely.
Could be little better by giving wi-fi room (if going with business purpose), more parking space (available for 2 hatchbacks).
