Muchas gracias!

The best thing about our four day stay was the room at the back with a balcony overlooking the pool. Easy access via Uber to local wineries but we rented a car for Valle de Uco.
It’s not a picturesque place and if you want to be amongst vines I would recommend spending more and going to stay in Valle de Uco with great views of the Andes. This is a very suburban area. There are lots of dogs in this area and they can bark a lot in the early morning for hours. It is very comfortable and most staff were really helpful but tourist information and support is not very forthcoming which surprised us given why most people come to Mendoza. Foreigners are still in a minority since Covid so this may have something to do with it, as it would with the complete absence of printed materials for guests. All suggestions and most communication is via WhatsApp - which is fine but doesn’t replace good service (like ‘how are you’ what are your plans for tomorrow’ or ‘do you need any help with your arrangements’). We were not greeted when we arrived and loitered until the service person at the desk seemed free. it was an uncomfortable feeling that we were the disturbance rather than the reason for her job. This didn’t improve over four days. We spoke Spanish and asked many questions to seek our own solutions but if you don’t feel equipped to do this I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Quaint, cozy boutique hotel in Lujan de Cuyo. The staff is friendly and tried to help answer our questions about local activities and arrangement. The room and the property are both comfortable.
The communication with the staff was a bit challenging since oftentimes there were no English speakers on staff. My Spanish is mediocre so this was challenging. The hotel does not have any frills or amenities. It works for a basic stay.

Mayra was very helpful and organized tours and transportation for us. Edgardo was our driver, nice and fun personality and knowledgeable of the area.

I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I was met by Adriana, and that continued until I left the property. Soledad was extremely helpful with all my enquiries about trips in the area. Ernesto the owner is a good man.
The room was very nice with a patio out to the lovely garden. Great attention at breakfast each morning (sorry I forget the lady's name who served me each morning!)
Set in a lovely part of Mendoza, in Charcas de Coria, this property is very peaceful and highly recommended. It's a 10 out of 10 for me. Thanks to you all for making my stay so good.

Staff is nice, breakfast is good, hotel is very calm and quite.
The first room we had (upstairs) was not very clean, bit outdated and the bed was not comfortable. We switched to a (more expensive) room down stairs and this room was great, very comfortable. It would have been nice if the hotel served lunch, snacks or drinks at the pool, because now there is no option to eat or drink something during the day.
