We were seduced by the sea view photos that are in the main profile. In fact, our apartment was on the ground floor without any view, although it was written there that there was a view. The lack of a view, before book carefully study which apartment you are booking, in fact, other options with a view are advertised on the main photos, ours was on the ground floor with access to the park, although this did not prevent a pleasant stay. The key card did not open the back door that leads to the restaurant area, so I had to walk with a baby stroller across the beach. During the check out, the manager was 50 minutes late. We were waiting for him to return the security deposit. We were not in a hurry, but if you have a flight, then consider this moment

No breakfast was available

There is no contact person at the property for any emergency or assistance. You are just left to fend for yourself in a new unfamiliar country. The apartment is amazing with superb location and stunning ocean and sunrise views but poor on basic amenities. There wasn’t even soap placed in the bathroom, no kitchen towels and no salt pepper in the kitchen as basics….Cleaning services are extra and are priced rather high

Brilliant location. The apartment was very comfortable and everything we needed was within easy reach.

We would have liked to have been given the full address earlier as we didn’t know it until we arrived at Tiara. A small welcome pack with maybe tea bags, washing up liquid etc would also have been useful. The pictures on the website seem to cover several apartments which was also confusing.

i like Tiara Residence where I stayed before

it was not the apartment i had booked online. i booked a sea front property on high floor and was given a ground floor facing a parking lot. very upsetting especially arriving late at night
