It's clean . A very convenient place .. You can find anything at the KSL Mall .

Aircon not working . TV unable to watch anything.

Location and cleanliness.

Aircon for the masterbedroom is not working well.

All the facilities are provided except for some minor issues. The whole apartment is very clean and spacious. My whole family really enjoy our short stay. We would like to come back to this apartment in future.

There are not much cleaning items for us to use to maintain the apartment…

Very nice aprtment, good location and host was very helpful.

Small cockroaches in wardrobe and a lot in kitchen especially at night makes the stay uncomfortable.

Water hose leakages

The place was really good and convenience for us...do like because it's a private lift for my family..the check in and check out also it's clear and easy..ksl will always be my choice.

The only thing I don't like is there's a few small cockroach that in the kitchen cabinet..and all the toilet paip is leaking.. The last thing is the swimming pool..when I ask about the swimming pool did we have to pay? she just told me is free but didn't explain about the dinosaur swimming pool was not been told clearly that need to pay rm20 for each and did not accept cash..only accept other type of payment...that me abit of dispointed.

the location is great as expected. having a bath tub was nice as my kids liked playing in it. internet connection was good.

access passes did not work fully. both cards issue could not access to ksl city mall resulting to us having to walk longer to get inside. also, access cards did not work for access into the carpark, which was annoying as the security guard would question why I am trying to enter the carpark before reluctantly opening the gantry. when informed to person in charge, I was told to manage it on my own as this issue can only be resolved the following Monday which is after my check out. there were ants on the table, pillows were uncomfortable, futon mattress were foldable 4cm thick foam mattress, and sofa bed was just simply a sofa. shampoo and shower gel was of very low quality. tv was having reception issue even for local channels.

The apartment exceeded my expectation. Smooth and very fast process for check in and check out. Will definitely come back.
