We stayed here last year and the property was a bit ‘tired’ however it has been redecorated, new kitchen, flooring, blinds, etc. It is a great property for a family. Unusually, it is on a school site but, as the school is closed, it is very quiet yet is only 5 minute drive to the town and beach.

The bungalow is lovely and located in a really quiet location (we stayed during the Easter holidays). Very spacious, bright and clean. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The location is a short 10-15 minute walk to Wells town centre/harbour. We would definitely stay again 😊. Communication was good post booking and on arrival. I have no bad feedback. The only things that could improve the property in my opinion is the addition of some outdoor furniture to enjoy the garden. We were lucky enough to have sunny days and the garden is a real sun trap, but there was nothing to sit and enjoy it on. Wifi would be a bonus, but definitely didn’t spoil the stay not having it. We didn’t use the school swimming pool or gym facilities, but they are literally opposite the front door. A great find in beautiful Wells.

Large enough for four people, quiet location. Nice distance from the harbour and beach. Has Wi-Fi although lists it doesn't.
