The door on the bathroom was stuck open. Not good for the early days of the relationship with my partner. we told receptionist but weren't very forthcoming

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. 1. Check in to the first room, really bad smell coming from the air con vent. This could have just been a really bad smell or something more dangerous. We got moved room to "a better view of the city" which ironically was a better view of a construction site next door. 2. The Rayleigh restaurant on the 6th floor, our room was on the 5th floor. The restaurant was blaring music all night up to the point we requested a full refund and left as we couldn't sleep. Could hear loads of people screaming and shouting in teh restaurant - the current covid rule for bars and restaurants doesn't extend to hotels for some reason. 3. The only positive thing was the meal in elephant and Castle. 4. I would not stay here if you want a relaxing experience or peace and quiet. The "junior" rooms really are junior. The bed barely fits in the room, may aswell stay in student accommodation or poshtel. This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in and I know what I'm talking about both from being a guest and from my own hotel management experience. They clearly know how to design places aesthcislly but forgot about like sound proofing and the main reasons why people actually want to stay in a hotel. 5. Final edit, we were meant to get reimbursed for our taxi home after leaving the hotel the same day we checked in. We have not received anything from the hotel or received a follow up call. We called the hotel and they refused to reimburse the taxi as they offered us an upgrade or room change for the noise problems despite us already having moved once in the evening due to unsanitary conditions of the first room.. Don't give this hotel your money. Go some place else.

Decor is relaxing vibe to it. A lot of thought has gone into it. Staff are extremely friendly. Gym is good.

The rooms are tiny. They are not for someone who likes their space but as a solo traveller it was fine for me. But the beds are not comfortable at all and bed sheets are like sandpaper and not a great fit on the bed.

The hotel has a very cool vibe about it. The staff are very friendly and the location is very central. The rooms are a little small but for a couple, more than adequate for a short stay. Access to the swimming pool really made our stay so much better.

The parking is a little bit complicated and you have to pay for that privilege. Access is through a different building and small parking spaces in someone else's building. Garage access key card system was overly complicated.

Great service upon check in from Nick who provided lots of recommendations and made things very easy. Spa facilities are great and enjoyed making use of them. The gym looked excellent but didn't use it. Bar downstairs all very nice and coffee good too. Place is lovely and clean

The steam room was out of order for the entirety of our stay. Rooms in the old part of the building are noisy and it is hard to regulate a comfortable temperature. Rooms are quite small

Amazing interior design and layout felt luxurious

The bubbly pool and steam room made for a lovely facility, and took our long journey right out of our bones. The bath in our Super Double apartment was just perfect too. In a difficult week it was the perfect sanctuary.

Das Hotel ist mit dem Shuttelbus bequem, leicht und schnell vom Flughafen erreichbar. In einigen Gehminuten erreicht man das Zentrum, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés, etc. Die Arena ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sauber und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Jedes Wort der zwei Personen im Nachbarzimmer war zu verstehen. Außerdem hörte man die Wasserrohre (?) bzw. das Wassersystem (?) im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers sehr laut zB wenn in anderen Zimmern geduscht wurde. Sehr enttäuschend, wenn man um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten hat.

The bedroom was tiny, so small you couldn’t even walk up both sides of the bed. Food was extortionately priced. No contact from hotel beforehand to book a dinner slot so ended up on the terrace frozen. Wasn’t aware dinner wasn’t included so that was another €46. And it wasn’t even nice

Construction work next to building started VERY early in the morning, wasnt able to sleep in. The room was hot and stuffy even with air-con on(same as last visit) and the lights in the bathroom were so dull it made impossible for someone to do their makeup( same as last visit) room light isnt great either. Rooms are quite small/tight to move around

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

The roof top restaurant was amazing, the bottle boy superb and also the lobby cafe and restaurant top notch

No lift to our room , foam pillows uncomfortable and on Monday morning the whole room shook when lorries started passing the room around 4am, we will book a room in the new part the next time

We tried calling room service numerous times but could not get through and we were in a rush as we had to go soon so when we ordered in take away we went to collect it one of the receptionists gave a smart comment saying oh glad to see ye ordered room service. Gave us a bad feel but other than that the staff were very friendly
