The location was unbeatable! Mere steps away from the cathedral, restaurants, and stores. The apartment was great, and had a fully outfitted little kitchen. Beds were comfortable and water was hot. Really appreciated that he had stocked laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Damir was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. He left a little snack goodie bag for my kids!
Would have appreciated soap in the bathrooms.

Appartement vieux, pas bien entretenu (murs qui s'effritent, il manque des ampoules dans la salle de bain, dans la chambre, dans la cuisine, mauvaises odeurs, prises qui ne marchent pas...). Le linge de maison est usagé (draps, serviettes, couvertures). Pas de lave linge ni de cafetière. Le patio est en fait l'arrière cours d'un restaurant, avec les poubelles et du bric à brac entreposé (voir photo)

You can't beat the location! Right in Old Town and only one set of stairs from a parking area, so you don't have to drag your luggage up and down multiple sets of stairs. The house itself is no frills, but clean and tidy with sufficient space for 8 of us traveling together. Damir/host was communicative and responsive to our needs. I would stay again!

The location was great and it was a nice big apartment for all of us. The host was very responsive and helpful.
The Ac in the master bedroom didn’t really work and the fans were pretty weak, and the sheets were very thin and short.

Damir was prompt with replying and recommended a great driver ,Tony, who met us on arrival at airport and ultimately our tour guide on our last day around Dubrovnik and to the ferry ⛴️

Everything about House Nina was perfect! It's such a great apartment: beautiful, charming, spotlessly clean, and so spacious. The location is unbelievable - right in the middle of Dubrovnik's old town, and on a peaceful side-street. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Our host Damir was so helpful too. I will definitely return!

House Nina was in the perfect location, and was an amazing stay. The property is listed for 8 people but we fit 10 and managed very well with enough space. The host was very responsive and the facilities were in great condition.

Location inside the walls of the Old City. Separate rooms and 2 bathrooms. They give us laudry service because machine was not working. Great host.

Damir was very kind allowing us into the apartment early . Apartment is in an ideal location , right in the centre of town . Only two of us but plenty room for 6 or more
There was no kettle or toaster in the apartment and us Scottish like our coffee and toast in the morning :)

There was a code to get --- very helpful. The owner was super accommodating and allowed us to storage luggage in the hall before the 3:00 check in time.

Closest to old town.
The apartment was not very clear, there is a lot of dust on the furniture, also something sticky was on the floor. From one hand the location is perfect, from another it is very noisy there, considering the restaurant under the window it is always smells dryed oil and food, and cigarettes. Sleep without ear-plugs impossible, as is very noisy. Also, according to the photos in booking we should have access to the terrace, but the door to the terrace is closed

The house is well located in the center. Everything was clean and nice.
The beds were creaking constantly, some of the windows too. We could hear everything that was happening on the streets at night. We couldn’t sleep at night, because the house itself was too noisy and the soundproofing was not sufficient.
