Location and resort were excellent

Unit needs repairs loose taps, seating is old collapsing and needs replacing, pillows all need replacing, general cleanliness was poor , unit was moldy , spiders and cobwebs everywhere

The location, the size of the Duplex, the enclosed Braai Room, the garden. Washing machine and dishwasher. Good size kitchen with most of all the amenities one needs.

Couches:1 broken and 1 uncomfortable, the only comfortable couches and chairs to sit on were in the braai room. Duplex was not cleaned properly when we arrived, cleaning crew had to come back to clean. Even still the Duplex needs a proper clean (they must move the coffee table and see). Cob webs in all corners Kitchen: 1 cutting board the second one broken in half and left in the draw. General Maintenance: tap in bathroom loose, handle in Bath loose, mold on bath sil,door into courtyard is rotting.The garden overgrown grass in flower bed a meter high. Would be nice to have a mat to the entrance of the house to wipe feet, there is only 1 at the braai room. For that kind of money would be nice to have 2 tea bags some sugar and a little coffee to have for the next day especially when one arrives late the evening and no shops are open. With a bit of Maintenance and attention to detail this could be a Magic place

The unit is beautiful

Unfortunately it is advertised that the resort has a resort but we found out when we arrived it closed more than a year ago. We specifically chose this accommodation for this reason. We had no carso it was difficult to get food. Upon enquiring we were told there is a offer shop, that was also closed and apparently had been closed for over a week due to loadshedding. There was also no available TV channels in the unit.

The house was exceptional. Very beautiful and comfortable. Very spacious and well stocked with catering equipment for a self-catering house. I was really impressed. They were thoughtful by giving us a file filled with places we could visit etc. The place was neat and well thought of.

Not even wine glasses for amount of people visiting...

The separate, enclosed spacious and modern braai room was an excellent extra on this unit!

Fantastic beach and greqt sundowner deck. The local residents that live there were great and super friendly.

Wasn't that clean, so many cobwebs qnd dusty, and with Covid we thought the place would have had attention to detail. We saw that water from the bathroom above was leaking down the walls into the bathroom below. No wifi, although Austin said the tower was down. Explained also that the plugs to the modem were all out on arrival. Sent pics to Austin to ask for his help, but never came back to me. We were told to empty the ash from the braai on departure but what with? Also, no black bag or bags provided to do this. No hairdryer so had to use the heater fan as my daughter has a cochlear implant and we can't put her processor on wet hair. Didn't bother management as they didn't get back to me on the modem. We have stayed many times before but this time was a let down. We always recommend the establishment to others and those wanting to host a stay over for groups, but im thinking twice about that. Although we are in hospitality ourselves we generally do not complain as we know how difficult it is, but we as as family are disappointed.
