Het personeel was heel attent en vriendelijk! Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Een mooie locatie met wandelingen direct uit het hotel.

Geweldige locatie, tegen duinen aan. Hotel rustig gelegen. Leuke opzet van het hotel met verschillende leuke ruimten. Prima zwembad. Goed ontbijt.

Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker! Sogar mit frischem Obst und Sojayoghurt! Der Wellnessbereich war in Ordnung, teilweise etwas voll. Mit zwei Sauna und Whirpool. Kinderfreundlich! :)

Der Pool hat sehr viel Chlor! Das reizt die Augen.

Für Pärchen die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen ist es gut zu wissen, dass viele Familien mit Kindern dort Urlaub machen. Das hat zur Konsequenz, dass der Pool voll mit Kindern war, und auch die Sauna unruhig und nicht hygienisch. Das sehr gelobte Frühstück entsprach mit 2 Sorten Käse aus der Packung nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Het ontbijt was prima, mijn zoon en ik hebben genoten van het zwembad en de sauna. Vanuit de locatie was het prachtig wandelen tot aan de zee.

Das Zimmer war unerträglich klein - wie ein Schuhkarton. Es gab keinen Schrank, so dass es leider auch unmöglich war, Ordnung zu halten. Die kleinen, um das Bett herum, verbleibenden Anteile von Fußboden, waren mit unseren Taschen und Koffern belegt. Es gab insgesamt zwei kleine Haken. Das war's ... Es war eine Bettdecke für Zwei vorgesehen. Auch das Bad war extrem klein, auf der Toilette hing man schon in der Klopapierrolle. Keine bzw. kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Waschbecken war so klein, dass es schon schwierig war, sich dort die Zähne zu putzen. Leider sind wir im Blooming krank geworden, so dass ich nach einem Fieberthermometer gefragt habe. Fehlanzeige. In diesem großen Hotel mit vielen Familien und Kindern als Gästen gab es kein Fieberthermometer. Die Sauna ist schön. Leider gibt es keinen Ruhebereich. Das Schwimmbad ist als Ruhebereich eher ungeeignet, wenn dort Kinder im Wasser sind ...

Prachtige omgeving met veel bezienswaardigheden. Ook een heerlijke ontbijt.

Vond het zelf behoorlijk lang duren voordat het personeel in de brasserie mij zagen/ de bestelling op namen. Ook wanneer het drinken weer op was. duurde het behoorlijk lang voordat ze een nieuwe bestelling opnamen.

Beautifully located in the dunes of Bergen. The lounge, bar, restaurant are all great facilities. Wellness was closed due to renovation works -- which was announced beforehand and compensated for (bottle of wine). Breakfast choice is very good. Do make sure to visit their Zandhoeve restaurant for dinner: all local and organic produce!

The bed felt a bit tired and worn out. The bathroom walls are painted in stead of tiled; felt a bit cheap. Both are minor points though.

I had a fantastic stay. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing.

A tiny room, noisy with paper thin walls. Trucks outside in the morning. Restaurant only provides a set menu. No access to swimming pool as maintenance being conducted

Perfect breakfast. Lovely staff. Beautiful decorations. Free parking. Great swimming-pool. Good wifi. Single rooms have a queen size bed. Ontbijt tot 11h30. Prachtige ligging.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. Dust on the floor everywhere. Single room is very small though the price is almost that of a double room.

The surroundings , the lobby/reception area and the room. In short everything. That is why we come back all the time

Unfortunately, we couldn't use swimming pool and sauna. But we understand the closure is temporary.

There was a wonderful selection of food and juices at breakfast.
