Shower area is small, the toilet area gets wet easily. Will be good to have a screen or door to keep the toilet area dry.

Staff were exceptional - down to earth, helpful, genuine and very friendly. Facilities were exceptionally clean. Provision of L'occitane toiletries a lovely touch! Location was perfect - across the road from a number of cafes and local shops. 20 minute walk to major shopping centre, but also on easy bus route.

Incredibly hard bed, coffee machine not cleaned, shower tap not even put back on properly, mold in the bathroom, no fan in bathroom, Air con wasn't working properly, balcony looked into a private residential property, walls were stained and you can hear every single door closing in the hotel.

The hotel, which used to be a Best Western and it still feels like a motel, is actually great because of its location away from the city (the only one in this area) and still very easily connected to it by the light rail just a short walk down the hill. There are also buses at the door going to Central Station as well as other destinations. The fish market is a very pleasant walk from Glebe point. I was the sole occupant of a king room with balcony, probably the most expensive type of room and it was great. The bed was huge and very comfortable and there was plenty of fresh air and light from the balcony. Great shower and great L'Occitane toiletries. I suspect most of the other rooms are quite small. Probably not a great value for money, considering that it is a motel and it is not in central Sydney. Nevertheless, it is overall a great choice and I will return. Everything was clean and the staff was pleasant, although check-in was very slow.

This particular type of room came with a breakfast voucher worth AUD 32 to be spent at the cafe' which is attached to the hotel. Without the voucher, I wouldn't have bothered with it. The quality of the food was very poor, the ambience was pretty ordinary and the service very slow. Plenty of other alternatives on the main Glebe rd.

we had a lovely stay here. Couldn’t recommend enough. The staff were excellent & even left a bottle of wine in the room for my partners birthday. Thank you for a great stay!
