Coffee machine at breakfast could have been better. We bought coffee from the bar but because so many people where doing the same thing, the machine and the barista where swamped all at once trying to cater for everyone.

Cleanliness and the location

Service was average , locks took a long time to open which was annoying. Did not give us our money around chiosing Go Green option

Under staffed, pool area never had towels, smelt like urine and the staff didn't seem to care when I advised them, the restaurant was closed every night, bar food took ages to be delivered, reception never answered the phone, room service number was disconnected. Housekeeping number was disconnected. Very disappointed, will never stay here again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel lobby was very welcoming and smelled great! It was inviting. I actually took a walk around to see other areas. I loved the incorporation of nature into the building - so many healthy green plants - it made it feel quite homely. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. The whole hotel was peaceful and calm and restful. Even the music that was played in common areas made me feel peaceful. Breakfast was healthy and delicious with many offers to suit all tastes.

I didn't like the fact that my stay was too short! Would have definitely liked to have stayed longer to unwind and relax and make use of other amenities available. I guess one night was a special treat and it was nice to get away from home.

Breakfast vuffet, pool, spa, room was nice.

Gym was very outdated and many nachines were broken. Wish the sink was seapate from the shower and more towel rails.

The property was clean, well located and had great facilities. The bar, pool and spa were a great way to unwind with the family.

The rates advertised $500 for two nights without breakfast were a bit exorbitant. The rooms could benefit from an upgrade - TVs and hot water system (there were times when the water in the shower was tepid).

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a shower and a bath, and living room was spacious.

The room needs a paint and some new furnishings.
