A very nice place to stay. My single room was a bit larger than expected, with a nice view. I regret not to have had time to try the swimming pool. Great breakfast, everything was very comfortable.

Only one member of the personal not smiling and almost rude, the rest of the staff welcoming, seeming happy to be working there.

Nothing really

The location is good. Central to shops and bars and restaurants in the town. The pool, sauna, and facilities to relax are very good. The breakfast selection was good.

I could have experienced friendlier service and better value for money. I stayed 10 nights and no-one on the staff offered me any advice or assistance with anything that might make my skiing holiday or visit to Livigno special. On reflection there was not a very warm or welcoming feel and they did not offer any information or advice about Livigno unless prompted by a specific question.
