نظافة الفندق وجودة المرافق للغرفة و الفطور
ازعاااج وعدم تقدير راحة النزيل
مع الاسف، اخذنا جناج في البرج للاستمتاع بالرفاهية والاسترخاء ولكن في الليلة الاولى كان طوال النهار ازعاج في الدور العلوي، يعدلون الاثاث لمناسبة نزيل، وكان على خساب راحتنا
وفي الليل لم نستطع النوم بسبب ازعاج النقهى السفلي فالاصوات ايقظتنا من النوم.
شكونا للادارة ونقلونا للفتدق في غرفة اخرى دون التطلعات ولم تحقق ما قصدناه في السكن في الانتركونتنينتال ، ورفضوا في البداية تعويض الفرق , ثم عوضوا بمبلغ زهيد لا يساوي فقدان مطلبنا
ولا يعوض الازعاج الذي كان في الليلة الاولى.
رغم كون الفندق جيد ، والظروف المزعجة كانت طارئة، الا اني لن اكرر الزيارة لعدم التعامل الجيد في ادارة الموقف وتقديم راحة نزيل غلى نزيل اخر، شيء يسيء لسمعة الفندق.

The Receptionist was very slow. Took 20 min to check me in and duty manager mad it as if it was a HUGE favour that they are letting us check in at 2 pm ?!

The cleanliness isn’t what is used to be, the rooms and run down lately and need maintenance and a good deep cleaning!

Staff, duty manager (Mr. Hasan) made me an upgrade once he knew that it was my first time to stay at their hotel, Front desk employee (Miss. Nouf) was so friendly and helpful. the room size is much bigger than my expectations.

Only one person working at spa. when he’s performing massage or on lunch - nobody is there to give towels or switch on the steam/sauna. really poor service here

comfy room. certain items in breakfast. hospitality of staff was exceptional amazing.
breakfast was good but needed a touch in taste. i feel the food not being tasted after being made. specially india dosa. the chutneys were very bad in taste. i enjoyed the omlete it was good. cheese crossaint was dry and old.

I expected that the hotel is somewhat new, but there were problems with the toilet, dripping in the shower, and broken telephone and filing an immediate complaint that was never resolved.

Nothing at all its the worst ever food I have tried in my life, extremely bad and doesn't worth it at all, I planned to stay for three nights but I had to cut it and change the hotel after one night.
