The hotel in general is a okish hotel but not for a 4 star

The cleanes and lack of information in the room even i was in a suit there were no information in the phones to call reception or other services and the bar only open at certain given times Also in a suit we got 2 beds instead of a king size Also some of the sheets had damp stains

Las habitaciones tienen mala insonorización y se oye todo lo que sucede en los pasillos del hotel. Cada portazo de otra habitación es un sobresalto mientras duermes. La limpieza de las habitaciones es bastante mejorable (suciedad en el suelo, y la mampara de la bañera no estaba limpia). Además el lavabo no tragaba bien. No funcionaba la nevera del mini-bar. Dimos parte y fue reparado al día siguiente. He visitado varios hoteles de la misma cadena, y este sin duda es el peor de ellos. El precio por habitación nos pareció excesivo para las condiciones del hotel y la habitación. La localización es en una zona comercial a las afueras. Nuestras vistas eran naves industriales y un supermercado.

The room was upgraded to a suite. It was fabulous. The bed is very comfortable.

The staff is wonderful. Especially Laura at reception. The dinner was amazing as well!

Staff is fine (except one guy) It's convenient

Breakfast food is very limited Bed is not of best quality

Air conditioner did not work properly, room too hot to sleep, spa pool overcrowded and the water cool. No complimentary bottle of water in the room. I left after the first night, even though I lost the money I had paid in advance for an additional night. I will never stay there again.

Value for money, especially the evening meal in the hotel cafeteria. Location to local cafes and restaurants.

Unfortunately access to the hotel car park was not available due to a technical problem..But easily resolved for us as we were on a motorbike so able to park outside the entrance.

Very friendly staff. Got an upgrade to suite.

Only luke warm water for the shower in the evening. Most likely because too many take a shower at the same moment. However this should not happen. The breakfast is bit basic, poor quality of orange juice.
