Kind and accommodating staff. Hold your luggage for free before and after checkout. Comfortable room, beds, bathroom. I would stay here again.
The breakfast is prepackaged with a ham and egg sandwich. I tried to ask for only egg sandwiches due to dietary restrictions and they could only provide me with a salad as an alternative. The salad was delicious but not what we wanted so we ended up buying breakfast from outside even though breakfast included in our booking.

the property was clean and the staff members were extremely kind. I appreciated their level of effort in ensuring my SO and I were comfortable and had our things taken care of. We needed our luggage stored a few times during our stay and the staff were extremely accommodating.
The only thing my SO did not feel the most comfortable with were the bathrooms. For the double rooms, the bathroom walls are made of glass. Although people cannot see through the glass, it was not very sound proof. But everything else was perfect!

The room is clean and bed was comfortable. Also The amenities, They have vending machines, coin washer and dryer down stairs. they have a coffee machine at the reception and free donuts at 3pm. close to 2 stations ginza and green line

they were refurbishing their dining area so they provided breakfast boxes which were sandwiches each day. Not so great.

The property is spotless, providing lovely services for the clients and they go the extra mile to help their clients. I had a very serious issue regarding my flight and the staff couldn't be more helpful, they contributed a lot to solving my issue. I highly recommend it.
All was good value for money, although I was not used to such hard mattresses. But it looks like they're good for the posture, and I had good night sleeps so not an issue in the end :)

Good room in the center of Tokyo. We appreciated free coffee and Ice Cream. We've been allowed to extend the staying by one more hour for work reasons. Good communication through messages. The hotel entrance is really cute.
There is a bit to walk from the metro station, uphill. The rooms are ok, but could be refurbished.

Fantastic location. Just a 3-5 min walk from the nearest station, situated in the heart of busy Akasaka.

Everything was perfect, and my friend visited me on the 2nd night and wanted to stay, the hotel easily made that acceptable.

nice wee room close to chiyoda and marunouchi lines and loads of taxis. room was nice and clean and swimmingly newly refurbished xxx
