Chambre bien ,mais problèmes dans les sanitaires (déjà relevé lors de mon passage précédent)
Restaurants, nous avons seulement testé le bistro, la cuisine est de bonne qualité, mais le service est presque trop gastro pour un bistro.
Les sanitaires sont vraiment à améliorer

Великолепное место!!! В 5 минутах от аутлета, а как будто попадаешь в другую реальность! Великолепная панорама, пение птиц, красивая лужайка, вкусный ресторан, отличный завтрак, приветливый персонал! Чудесный номер с балконом - вид супер! Спокойный райский уголок после шумных мегаполисов

Très bel établissement, personnel attentionné. On a dîné dans le bistro et c'était de bons produits frais, bons menus et excellente carte de vins.
La décoration était authentique et rustique, mais la robinetterie dans la salle de bain était délicate et on a eu des problèmes avec la douche dont l'eau n'arrêtait pas de couler...

Poor working shower (slow and weak water flow) and air conditioner (very loud and poor cooling). Inside the bath the switcher to shower doesn’t work.

everything is perfect here the view is one of a kind and the staff were amazing the bakery they buy their pastry and bread from is incredible we really enjoyed our stay

We always stay at this property, it’s one of our favourites. Very well managed, staff is very professional, Hotel and landscape surrounding it is like being at a resort. Food at their restaurant is very delicious.

Different kind of hotel in the countryside.
Lots of caracter.
Rural so there was only one taxi driver in town that is over priced a d only takes cash. we paid 30 Euros for a 6 min drive to the train station.

Wonderful find in the middle of Gavi vineyards with spectacular views. Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Impressive grandeur of a time past. Restaurant experience a delicious event of a meal. Professional and friendly staff. would definitely return.

lovey hotel and the staff went out of the way for us. we arrived about 2pm restaurant stop serving at 2 but they offered cold meats and cheese perfect as we had booked dinner for 7.30
