Shower had very good water pressure, rooms were bright, with balcony. Very clean bed sheets and towels.

- the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and doing their best to make our stay pleasant
- hotel offers ski passes at a discounted rates (but it's quite common in hotels in Crans Montana)
- view from the room was amazing
- location is very good
- quite spacious and comfortable room
- our room had a new floor (wooden panels), flat screen TV, big panoramic window and electric blinds - seems the rooms are being renovated, however maintaining the hotel's "retro" style :)
- the room, bathroom and the common spaces were spotlessly clean
- very basic breakfast (even for a 3* standard)
- fixed daily menu in the restaurant also quite basic (but also inexpensive). If it wasn't for covid restrictions, we would not dine there :)
- old fashion style (but very well maintained and spotlessly clean)
