It's about a 15min direct drive to Broadbeach area & Pacific Fair. However, the location was central to all our needs. Secure parking. Beautiful surroundings for morning walks.

Single beds are very narrow. Bed lamp was not near power point so unable to use.

Too quite. Most of the residents are seniors but if you like very quite place , it’s a fantastic property. Definitely not a place for smokers. Cannot smoke anywhere even balcony and residential area. This apartment situated inside the gated residential area. Also need a bit of driving to go all beaches.

The views are beautiful appartment was clean and host was really friendly and helpful

Spacious apartment: 2 big bedrooms a 2 big bathrooms. Great view to Golf Court. Great Pool.

Apartment was clean ok but it needs to be deep clean. Bathrooms have mold in the shower, Carpet needs deep vacuuming as we found dead insects under the TV table as well as rest of fruity loops cereal under the sofas. Kitchen's exhaust fan over stove was very dirty and we found rubbish in the bins even though it had clean rubbish bags, stains in the cabinet's doors.

Quiet location, spacious apartment and a good swimming pool and BBQ area. A new Smart TV got delivered halfway through our stay (the existing TV was very old).

Lots of niggles- broken dishwasher wheels, only one bedside lamp in main bedroom, lack of kitchen equipment, e.g., buckled, unusable frypan and only a few cups. The bedrooms needed a thorough clean, - skirting board dust. The gym needed a refurbishment, some key pieces of equipment were old and rusty. Overall the apartment was 13 years old, with wear and tear and so didn't live up to the website pics.

Convenient because we were attending a wedding at the same location. Roomy apartment nice set up.

Appliances were old. Toaster had crumbs from last person still in them. No serving bowls or boards for cheese platters beds ancient and uncomfortable. Tv in bedroom is useless so small you can’t even see it once you’re relaxed in your bed. Lighting in bathroom poor. You couldn’t really see properly to put your makeup on. Very overpriced for the standard of what you received. Man at reception though friendly, was unable to process my payment as he wanted to take my card and push into machine. Eventually he let me tap my card and everything was good. He also told me my booking was for the following day. not the day I arrived. He blamed booking.com although I had my receipt from booking.com which showed the correct days of my booking. Car parking very difficult as not enoigh room between rows to back out. No doonas on the bed only sheets. Had to pay for wifi. Who does this anymore. Sorry wouldn’t stay again.

Location was great. The property was a great size and it was quiet and comfortable.

Dishwasher wasn’t in great working order. TV in bedroom didn’t work.

A little out of the way but very enjoyable.

The location was great and the view from the balcony was lovely. One side you can see the mountains, the other the city and right in front of you the golf club. It is peaceful and quiet. Brian is lovely and informative.

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. my back is so sore from it. The pantry had food left in it from previous people. Lucky we had our own towels as we were given 2 towels for 4 people. The cushions on the couches need cleaning, the amount is stains on them are disgusting.

Easy access to Sports Stadium

Kitchen equipment was badly scratched and exhaust fan over stove was very dirty and had a smell when being used. Everything else was excellent.

Clean and lovely quiet location overlooking the golf course. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great for a small group gathering.

Minor maintenance issues like blinds need repairing in both apartments.

A very good, secure location. Close to shopping, and most attractions.. The room was spacious, well fitted and comfortably clean. All up very good.

The location was very convenient to where we were working.

My apartment WAS NOT SERVICED at all during my 8 night stay! The ensuite shower was dirty and had obvious stains in the grout. I had to use the other bathroom, which wasn't much cleaner but a little better than the ensuite. There was not enough dishwashing liquid or laundry liquid to accommodate my long stay. I ended up buying my own. The air-conditioner was very old and IMO in need of a good service or get rid of completely. It was very noisy, disturbing my sleep when I was able to sleep because the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The furniture and fittings were dated and were rusty. My colleagues apartment was not cleaned before her arrival. We were assigned two car parks underneath, but other people kept parking in those spots and we had to take available parks elsewhere which then caused a major drama for the residents. The resident shouted and abused me for parking there, even though I parked in the alternate spots assigned by the manager. I don't think this complex is prepared for short term rentals. The attention to detail is missing, particularly when it comes to cleaning. The Manager was pleasant and nice person and did try to assist however IMO is out of his depth to manage the needs of short term rentals.

great location ,close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of surfers paradise .
