Comfortable room, nice pool, great breakfast, friendly staff.
A few things we requested weren’t provided so we had to ask again. There were only 2 towels in the room for 4 people, and we had to ask for more twice.

Nice building … clean - the Staff at the Restaurant nice and helpful… However, the Staff a the check-in counter extremely impolite.
The Lobby lacked warmth. Seemed empty. in addition, during my stay there were filming at the pool, so it was always hectic …

the beds were confortable, really good for resting
I didn’t like that in my room, 236 I couldn’t control the temperature of the air conditioner it was hot and we couldn’t get colder, also some lights weren’t working and we ask the staff if the could fixed, and they lied and never came back. Also the pool was dirty.

Staff was knowledgable and friendly, restaurant food was excellent, as a solo English only speaking traveler I felt safe.
My view was of a large utility box and sketchy. I was expecting much more from this brand from other locations.

Rooms were very small considering it’s a four-person room. Bathroom was tiny.

The breakfast was good as well as the coffee. Large selection of fruits, eggs and potatoes.
The Covid protocol to be served everything was a nusance and not warranted.

The biggest handicap is the size of the rooms, and more critical the size of the bathroom, very small and uncomfortable.

Very good air-conditioning. Considering it's a luxurious commodity in Nicaragua.
Pricey. Nearby same quality hotels have bigger rooms and are less expensive.
