This is a beautiful tranquil hotel with luxurious comfortable bedding. I loved the bed time stories that were left in the evening. The pool area and spa services were amazing. Staff were lovely.

I’m not usually a big fan of the open roofed bathroom concept but this was done with lovely style with a nice tree growing under the gap in the roof at one side of the bathroom.

Great rooms, spacious with a balcony. Fabulous bathroom too. The staff are great and very welcoming.

The food choice was good, the room very spacious (delux garden view room) and the pool area having enough beds and was very peaceful. The SPA facilities were very good too.

It’s very comfortable and really quite luxurious for the reasonable rate. The pool is the perfect temperature and is beautiful to swim in. The staff is exceptional and I felt so welcome. the restaurant was also great. I will definitely return!

Sudamala was such a gem to discover in Sanur. It's at the southern end so the streets didn't feel too chaotic, and it was close to shops and restaurants, as well as not too far from the beach. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. The grounds felt peaceful and not very crowded. It made coming back at the end of the day a real delight. The included breakfast, while somewhat limited in choice, was wonderful. It was so tasty and of good quality.

The bikes provided were not very well maintained and a little rusty, but they were usable enough. We used them to go up and down the beach promenade.

clean, quiet, great pool, food at the restaurant very good, and the staff were all lovely. the art works around the hotel were really interesting, and a cut above general hotel art.

I absolutely loved my stay here I was here 5 nights and would not hesitate to come back if I ever find myself in Bali again. The rooms are comfortable and clean staff was just amazing so friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them. I am a solo female traveller and I felt safe and very well looked after here. I also loved the little bedtime story and cookie they left in my room every night it's was so cute!

Just love this hotel.. We were even presented with a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The spa is delightful - our daughter had organised spa treatments as xmas gifts and they were wonderful. Can't recommend it too highly

The hotel was in the perfect location and very relaxing. Management and staff was extremely helpful .

Floors can be very slippery in room and corridors especially after it's rain .

I booked the resort for the last two nights of my stay in Bali and am so happy I did! We were upgraded to a beautiful room on the ground floor with a lovely courtyard garden. The room itself was huge! Plenty of room for me to organise my things for my next flight. The bathroom was also lovely with great products and lots of light! The resort is small and very well kept with Interesting art and furnishings. It’s in the quieter part of Sanur, but close to the beach with plenty of nearby restaurants, there are free bikes if you want to travel further. The pool is huge and very tranquil if you fancy a break from the beach. The staff are really attentive and friendly, honestly I can’t rate Sudamala more highly!
