Great location and a good pub on property. Room was fresh and spacious with lots of storage. Housekeeping, reception and bar staff were all friendly and efficient. Really good walk in shower with plenty of space. A very well stocked mini bar too 🤩
I think maybe the mattress is due replacement .. it wasn’t overly comfortable but fine for 2 nights.
The tiles in the shower could do with a little bit of cosmetic attention.

On the ground floor, oh dear, Will I sleep? Will it be noisy…..not at all, very quiet, slept right through, no noise at all. Just needed somewhere to sleep but this was much more than that, so clean, comfortable, warm and welcoming. My choice not to have breakfast, I am sure it would have been lovely but the tea/coffee provided in the room was fine for me in the morning. Lots of people to visit so this was right in the middle of everywhere I wanted to go. Will definitely be back……oh and the price is right.

The location was lovely looking over the golf course. But was a bit to far away from the main hotel. Had to get a taxi to go get breakfast. This was not explained when I booked the apartment.

The location was perfect, my room had everything I needed, warm & comfortable. Breakfast was yummy and the bar was good the previous evening, great atmosphere. Special mention to the lady at reception who was very helpful, explained everything and was there next morning serving breakfasts for everyone, hope the owner appreciates the hours she works!
I could not find any faults with my stay, will definitely use it again if ever I need a place to stay in Carnoustie.

The room was lovely and clean, comfortable beds and good facilities. Good breakfast selection and lovely meals served in bar/ restaurant. Excellent service and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to stay here, never disappointed.

What can I say, from the second I walked in the door, I was made to feel very welcome. I was shown to my room by the very friendly receptionist who explained brekkie times as well as who we could approach should we need anything such as extra pillows
The room was modern and absolutely spotless. The bed was very comfortable plus there was tea and coffee making facilities as well as a bar fridge. The bathroom was very modern and clean and possessed a shower that could blast you through the wall. I loved it.
The breakfast was amazing! Big choice and cooked to perfection. Again, all the staff were brilliant and so friendly.
There is also a bar which I loved. Great choice of drinks at very reasonable prices. Bar staff again were very friendly.
Next time I am back in Scotland, I will not hesitate to book to stay there. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
