Such a beautiful property. It's like a home converted into a hotel. It could be said almost like a homestay. The rooms are small, however the view and outside area makes up for it. I love that we had a dedicated table right outside the room, you have your meals there and there is always water kept for you. The rooms and toliet are super clean, even the towels - its one thing for some reason most hotels/airbnbs dont clean so well. Definitely worth the price, I enjoyed myself with no hassels.

I dont think it was a problem, however the food is a bit expensive. About INR 600 per person for lunch, which is a bit much. However the food was good, so not a complain, just an FYI if you want to have lunch and dinner at the hotel.

A homely Parsi run old style hotel that's ideal for a two day break. The owners are warm and friendly while maintaining their distance so you can enjoy your privacy. The food is excellent, generous and delicious, served hot and fresh, plus not rich and oily, so it truly feels like home cooked food. Ideal if you're traveling with older folk. This means you can eat well without feeling bloated or sick. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the bathrooms look as if they have been newly renovated with good fittings which is a huge plus. Wake up to the sounds of birds and enjoy the sounds of crickets in the night. There are also two adorable dogs on the property. Take long quiet walks off the main road. We went on weekdays which is probably quieter than weekends.

The way its designed you'd be very disturbed if you have noisy people playing loud music or talking loudly in the rooms next door.

The ambience of the place,the cleanliness, the view, the garden and the food! Also,the ease of doing business with them!

There is a kind of hovering around the guest,by some of the staff that was annoying.

We stayed for two nights, 25-26th Oct. This property was recommended by a few of our friends, and I must say, it did stand up to expectations. First of all, it’s very conveniently located in Panchgani, amidst natural beauty and a very scenic view. You would really feel you have come out of the city hustle in a pristine environment. Second, the food is amazing. They don’t have the menu, but it’s healthy Parsi food, which is sufficient for all. And this you don’t get anywhere. Third, as there are few rooms on the premises, we have limited but quality members who behave like extended family or friends. And lastly, all the support staff are extremely helpful and respectful towards everyone. This is a beautiful place for a family to enjoy.

The location and food are amazing!

The heritage look and feel of the property is simply amazing and the staff adds a sweetener. Absolutely good view of the valley, quiet ambience and lots of space.

Small size of rooms but they have ample space outside the room which can be used for sitting, chatting and of course for meals. They also have a good bit of space on the outside for a nice walk and also with a real valley view.

The location is wonderful and the property is very exclusive and hence very peaceful. The staff was very friendly and the owner was very good to talk to. We also happened to meet the owner's dog Hella, what a cutie! Overall enjoyed the stay.

The room did not have any toiletry items apart from handwash. And, the breakfast options were limited which I can understand because I did not book "breakfast included" and it was a weekday.
