very clean, appears small but is spacious - a group of 4 stayed here comfortably! We loved the speaker, the insect killing spray they had and the pool - though we didn’t get to use it much due to the rain. The views truly make up for it though! also Steve the driver is a gem, he’s extremely kind and patient and helpful - thanks Steve!

really nice staff , very private , comfy beds , lovely infinity pool , and always clean when we arrived home after it was cleaned by the staff. had everything we needed. Exceptional pick up and drop off service that runs 24/7 by Steve, he was always there when we needed him.

we had a 2 year old toddler with us and that came with some challenges. many steep stairs. kitchen is on lower floor. because the house consists of 2 separate entities it’s not possible to use the small bedroom on the lower floor for kids. so we ended up putting extra mattresses in the bedrooms upstairs. it was totally fine but we barely used the downstairs.

The most beautiful Villa overlooking the sea. Clean and tidy. Fruit provided and own kitchen facilities to use. Beautiful pool. Steve and Muhammad so lovely and helpful. Steve picked us up whenever and wherever we needed and Muhammad was always available to contact and answer any questions. Highly recommend as its the people that make places when travelling 🥰🙏🩷

Beautiful well appointed villa. Stunning views. cleaned to a high standard. The welcome fruit and drinks was much appreciated. Above all the hospitality shown by Muhammad and Steve was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. They provided a mobile phone and drove us wherever we wanted to go.

this place is spectacular. it’s hidden away up a fairly steep track which means you’re out of the hustle and bustle, and you get the most incredible views possible. quite frankly, once you’re there you just want to fully enjoy the facilities and you won’t want to leave. there’s plenty of choice for food via take away menus from some really special restaurants. we only did one night, but could happily have stopped longer. truly beautiful.

Steve and Mohammed were awesome hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were extremely reliable when we needed to get around, we never waited more than 10 minutes. It was an awesome holiday!

The villa was amazing with great views of the beach. The staff, Muhammad and Steve were on point - they provided us with motos and even bailed us out when we did not have boat tickets to leave rhe Island. Overall, excellent luxury living.

It was high up in the mountains so it was a little challenging for the scooters. You are out in the jungle and it is a little loud.

I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We travelled from Utah and didn't have enough time. We have all agreed to travel back here and stay with teh Monkey Flower team once again. Our driver Steve, geez, Steve thank you SO much. That is one component of our stay I will say took this place from a 9 to a solid 10! He provided recommendations, and 24/7 rides wherever we wished to go!!

I can not think of one more thing that could have made this better. It completely exceeded our expectations.

This villa makes you sign an agreement that you won't sue them if anything happens to you during your stay there. If you read the contract more carefully, you'll realize that they rid themselves of any responsibility if one of their staff injures or kills you. The driver in this villa is unstable and reckless. He almost lost my luggage driving on one of Koh Tao’s steep roads. It seemed that he had something personal against me from the second he saw me and was shifting from being extremely nice to extremely nervous and rude. I got the impression that solo female travellers like me are not respected in this villa. The driveway leading to the villa isn't only steep, but also narrow and dangerous. At 7AM someone came up to my villa and hit the metal ventilator located right behind my bedroom multiple times. You need to be careful not to transfer any sunblock to the bedsheets or the towels, because it reacts with the material and makes pink stains. They told me they would charge 4000 THB for the replacement. Interestingly, they did not even mention this important information until I asked. I knew about this from my previous stay in Koh Tao. Edit: The property replied that I wrote bad reviews about every place I stayed in Koh Tao. I wrote nothing but the truth about your and other villas that I stayed at in Koh Tao. In other luxury villas I experienced daily construction noise, cockroaches and even a break-in attempt. Therefore I wouldn't recommend Koh Tao for any solo female traveller. It's a dodgy place. Your release of liability, which releases your staff from any responsibility for guest's injury or death must be included in your booking.com profile. Instead you present it to the guests upon arrival and tell them that if they don't sign it, they can't stay at the villa. Re your driver, I didn't want to argue, I simply stopped using their service altogether.

The villa was amazing we were a party of 8 and had plenty of room, such a cool place and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The views were incredible, the pool and balcony looked out over the entire bay. There were plenty of food options that could deliver. The hosts provided a sound system and had thought of pretty much everything. They picked us up and dropped us off at the pier. Overall an amazing end to our trip I just wished we had of stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Just unreal place, by far one of the best place I have been. The view is stunning, the staff very helpful and attentive always available. The house is insanely huge and very comfortable, different views to the beach, mountains really out of a movie. They had anything you would expect it to have, well worth the money.

Yet another lovely stay in Monkey Flower Villas, we had an amazing stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Mohammed the manager is extremely helpful and suggested several activities and places for us to visit.. and Steve was amazing taking us everywhere we wanted and showing us a few hidden gems. Will definitely be back again.. thank you for the great time and till next time

We had the most fabulous week staying at Monkey Flower Villas. The location is idyllic and peaceful. Steve's care and patience whilst kindly driving us round the island (for FREE) was amazing. He felt like part of the family by the end of the week. Our villa was cleaned daily, with all bedding and towels replaced. The pool was beautiful. We could go on and on! We 100% recommend Monkey Flower. It's incredible!

What really makes the difference here are Steve and Mo :-). Thank you so much for making our stay perfect. We stayed at the Bougainville villa with our two daughters (15 and 16). The house and the pool!!!!!! were super. Steve drove us everywhere we wished to go and had great advice for things to do on the Island. Perfect if you have limited time and you can rely on people who know the Island through and through. Thanks again and we can recommend Monkey Flower to everybody.
